Lagoon Front Oasis | Private Heated Pool | Pet Friendly Retreat

We chose this place to stay for some rest and relaxation. We loved the view but sitting outside was uncomfortable due to the lack of proper seating. The upper deck had two small folding chairs and a 2ft round table. Certainly not enough room to eat breakfast and drink your coffee outside. One of the two chaise lounge chairs at the pool was broken and should have been removed from the sitting area. That left only one usable chaise lounge. The other chairs outside of pool area were not comfortable for lounging. There were rules posted about not moving furniture from its location. So you couldn't use a poolside chair to the deck for sitting. The last night we were there, a group of people moved into the condo next-door. They were extremely loud, obnoxious, and vulgar people, who were up until 1:00 a.m. and by 7:00 a.m., they were outside again being loud, vulgar, and honking horns. This pretty much ruined our last night on Thursday, 9/4/25. A man showed up unexoectedly to cut the grass just before we were going out to use the pool. We were not told to expect anyone. Of course the grass clippings were in the pool when he left. So my husband had to clean the pool before we could use it. We didn't have time to call the host and wait for someone to come clean it, due to a scheduled event. This should have been coordinated ahead of time by the host. Given the amount charged per nights stay and all of the fees, we were expecting a more enjoyable experience.

Very clean, kitchen well stocked with pots, pans and dishes etc. plenty of towels to last several days. Dog area wasn’t usable due to sand spurs. Not enough furniture on porch. Pool furniture had broken pieces. Checking in/out very easy. Awesome views of Gulf and Bay

This is our second time staying here, definitely will do it again.

Pool was perfect for kids!

Everything was as advertised. The house was clean and the pool was a nice feature. You do have to pay extra to have it heated but is well worth it if the weather is cooler. The home sits on a great lot with little traffic. We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is the washer and dryer are downstairs in an outdoor closet.

We had a blast! Few misunderstandings with pool heat/ maintenance, but overall it was lovely! We will probably be back!

Enjoyed the house and view of the lagoon. The kitchen was nicely stocked. It was a very comfortable home. Liked the location as it was a bit farther from the touristy things. It had a nice fenced area for our dogs but first we had to clean up lots of poop from previous guests.

We enjoyed our stay at Little Egret! The house was in a perfect location where we it seemed we had the beach all to ourselves! The house and pool were perfect for our family. Would be open to staying here again!

Great location. Close to everything but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Fishing off the pier and swimming in the pool were big parts of our day. The veach is just a few steps away!!

At this house you’re getting a great location and a short walk to the beach. The pool was very nice and clean. The dock was nice to fish off of even if we didn’t have much success this time around. The underside of the house pretty much became our family’s hang out and the out door shower was a blessing to have for sure. The only downsides was lack of shade by pool and the dock, lack of lighting by the pool. The top step coming down the back by the pool was dangerous, and the lack of a gate at the top to keep your dog from running down. If you try to communicate to the place through VRBO they don’t respond so if it’s important just call the number. We when through Vrbo to communicate and didn’t get a response we made due no big deal but if it was that would have been irritating.

Comfortable and well equipped minus outdoor seating for porches and pool. The walk to the beach is easy and feels private. And the view of the sunset is amazing. We’ve stayed here twice and would highly recommend.
