Balcony + Community Perks: Lake Martin Condo!

The condo is quite nice- very clean. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had a few little glitches and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this location to others.

Oh my goodness, this place is exactly where you want to stay for a lake vacay! Upon arrival, the neighborhood (The Village at Lake Martin) is incredible and looks like the cover of a storybook; check in was a breeze and the unit was immaculate and so tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was there, from coffee and filters, trash bags, soaps and shampoos, some yummy spices, cookware and more! You’ll have beautiful views of the lake from the porch, sleep in the comfiest beds ever and there’s plenty of cozy seating in the living area to enjoy a movie night. Love this place and will definitely return during football season! Bobby is such a great host, he answered questions immediately and made sure we knew if we needed anything to let him know. 10/10 definitely recommend!

The owners asked me to do a review and I can't rave enough about this place. The location is amazing by boat! Centrally located to everything you want to do on the lake. You pull out of the sleugh and are immediately at Chimney Rock. Then The Social is to your left, and Chuck's and The Landing at Harbor Pointe to your right. There was plenty of community docks for our boat including one right in front of the villa so we didn't have far to walk and could see our boat from the patio. The inside of the villa had very upscale furnishings and the most comfortable beds. Definitely so much nicer than other places we've stayed on the lake. You can tell a lot of love and money went into it. I honestly can't believe they rent the place.

The lake villa is was warm and cozy oozing charm of but with modern amenities. The art and decorations had a lake feel but was fun and updated. We really enjoyed the framed vintage Ads in the living room. You can tell so much thought was put into making it special. Everything is brand new and it had everything we needed inside and out. The only thing that could have made our visit better was to have been able to have stayed longer at the Hanleyscape.

We stayed for Christmas and the place was great and we will be back! The beds/linens were so comfortable and the condo was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. Every room had its own TV and such gorgeous decor. We stayed during winter but the property looks perfect for a summer vacay at the lake too. Bobby was proactive with his communication, he cared about our stay.

The home was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The view and home were beautiful. The owners were easy to work with-friendly, and responsive. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay again.

This condo worked perfectly for when I had family visiting in the neighborhood and we needed some extra beds! It’s got a great view and a cozy living room for hanging out watching TV and visiting. Highly recommend.

This place was immaculate. The pics don’t do it justice! The view is gorgeous, we enjoyed the pool (year round), coffee included, toiletries, the decor was beautiful. Everything looks brand new! Owners were very helpful and responsive. We stayed for a wedding nearby and will definitely be back!

This property is practically brand new inside. Everything has been newly renovated and was immaculate. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I loved drinking coffee on the back porch each morning overlooking the water. There are plenty of boat docks to park your boat, they are all first come first serve and it was easy to get on and out of. Our college kids were able to drive up from Auburn and join us for the weekend and it was perfect! We had a great time and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo in a wonderful neighborhood! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had a pretty lake view! There are several places around to go hiking as well. All the neighbors in the area were so friendly and welcoming and really made it feel like home! Booking was super easy and the host stayed in touch through texts to be sure everything was fine! I highly recommend this place!

Had a great time on Lake Martin. Property as advertised. Great communications with property owner before check-in. Only hiccup was the alarm was set, so we set it off when we arrived. Owner had that fixed remotely within minutes, so no big deal.

This PLACE IS PERFECT. It is in the perfect location. My family and I had the best time. During our time on the boat we went out to Chimney Rock (it is very close ) , the teenager and kid (ages 14 and 9) had the BEST time tubing, swimming, and swinging off the rope at a close popular swim area. We also visited two restaurants by boat. Chuck’s Pizza was one , and they had great pizza and live music. The other Landry’s I think if I remember correctly and the kids & adults played Cornhole and the food was delicious. We drove into Auburn one day not a bad drive at all. We done some shopping, eating, and toured the campus. We plan on going back during football season ~ and staying - the best of both worlds, I think. As far as the stay. I can not say enough nice things about the owners. They are very attentive, and handle every detail very efficiently. It was decorated so nicely. The beds were so so comfortable. Everything was so CLEAN. The outside patio was perfect ~ you can see the water and boating dock from the patio. Also, it’s just a beautiful view. It’s very tranquil ~ and peaceful. The PERFECT patio for coffee in mornings. There are two pools close by. The views are AMAZING. One complaint ~ our timing and schedule did not allow us to stay a full week , but we still had so much fun In the 4 days and 3 nights we were able to stay. This will be a regular booking spot for us. We will be going back this Fall for Football ? Just BOOK IT and thank me later ?

Our condo had beautiful furnishings and an outdoor patio with a view of the lake. Check in was easy and the owner answered questions promptly. We will recommend to others.

This is a very nice, clean and quiet ground floor condo with access to everything you need on the lake. Working with Susan and Bobby was a pleasure. When I left a few items behind, Bobby quickly contacted us and arranged their return. Great people. We will definitely return!!!

Bobby was a great host!! Everything in the condo is beautiful and works correctly! The beds were so comfy, everyone was super happy with how they slept! Love the convenience and views!!

This lakeside condo was perfect for our family. Super clean and beautifully decorated! Beautiful view and access to the lake. Also enjoyed the community pool just steps away.
