Villa Trois Lauriers - Lake Annecy stay 8p with outdoor pool - OVO Network

Villa Trois Lauriers is a splendid property, offering plenty of space for a family of 6 to 8 people, with beautifully designed living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. It has a lovely terrace and swimming pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the week and would be very happy to return. Excellent reception and great support from Grace and Thomas.

Amazing property great location . Had a fantastic week . Kids loved the pool . Only thing missing was air conditioning but we did stay on middle of heat wave so I’m sure is normally fine without.

This was the second time we stayed at this villa, and it did not disappoint! It is absolutely beautiful and very convenient for two families vacationing together. The kids loved the pool, the walks to the lake, and the great facilities nearby. The property managers, Grace and Tom, went above and beyond to make our week memorable, with great tips and by organizing excursions for us.

The property was excellent, exactly as in the photos, it was extremely clean and well equipped. It was very spacious and comfortable, with a really nice balcony to sit out and have a meal in the evenings with a glass of wine.The location is brilliant, a walk to the village, with the pizzeria 'Grano e Orza 5 minutes' walk from the house

Perfect venue and a beautiful house

Our stay at Villa Trois Lauriers was amazing. The place was beautiful and exceeded expectations. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed and more. Grace met us there at check-in and she was really helpful and welcoming. She was always on the other end of the phone when we had questions and gave us lots of recommendations for things we were interested in. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place.

The villa was a perfect base for three generations to explore Lake Annecy and beyond. The villa was really well appointed, had everything needed to make it a home from home, and Tom and Grace were attentive and helped organize additional activities to make it a truly memorable holiday. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here!

We had a wonderful week at Villa Trois Lauriers. The villa is brand new and very comfortable. The pool was perfect for all of us, especially the kids. We watched the paragliders from the pool and the deck. There is an excellent bakery, butcher, and supermarket within a 12-minute walk. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and Menthon Saint Bernard is well situated for all kinds of water sports in the summer on the lake, and relatively close to ski areas Grand Bornand and La Clusaz, with a comfortable road there. Communication with Grace was excellent during our stay; she went above and beyond to ensure we had a great week.

This is a superb villa!

A very pleasant place to stay, a short walk or cycle ride from the Lake. Comfortable bedrooms with a large open plan living area. Pool is a good size and was fine for swimming despite being unheated. The OVO Network hosts were friendly and helpful.

The villa is in a lovely quiet spot minutes away from the bike path. The lake is easily accessible by foot in Menthon (20 mins) or by car to many other points. It was comfortable for 6 adults with comfy beds, great showers, and the added bonus of the sauna. Communication and support from the team at OVO was great.
