The house has had a complete renovation with a brand new kitchen, all new tile and carpeted floors, new lights and fans and a brand new stand alone third bedroom/ bathroom connected by covered walkway to the main house. The master bedroom sleeps two and is complete with king sized bed and large ensuite, twin basins and direct outdoor and pool access. Second bedroom has a queen bed and has a separate bathroom with shower/tub and outdoor access. New third bedroom has one twin bed and a queen bed and a brand new his and her ensuite bathroom. All rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioners. The home has a large living area, with TV and DVD a bluetooth sound system and a large well equiped gourmet kitchen. Set on 2 acres directly on Loloma Beach and minutes away from Pacific Harbour, Villa Takali is your own secure private sanctuary, 10,000sqft of luxury, fully staffed with every possible luxury imaginable. Villa Takali has featured in numerous international TV and Movie productions.brbrOur chefs prepare 3 meals a day with hot selection for breakfast, choices of dishes for lunch and three course dinners all prepared to the quality that you would expect at a high end resort and this cost of this is charged at US$80 a day per adult and US$50 per child. Our chef will be in contact prior to your stay to discuss menu preferences. There are various menu options available each day as well as special cultural, celebration and tasting menus at no additional cost. Additionally we cater for all dietary requirements. We also have a full bar on site and your host Tukini is a wonderful cocktail barman. All drinks are charged at wholesale cost plus a tiny margin to cover delivery. As no cash is a accepted on site we take a US$50 per day per adult deposit to cover the bar tab with the unused portion returned along with the security deposit after departure.brbrThe layout is as follows:brbrMaster suite. We have a 3D 120 cinema with a library of over 800 films. Finally as you can see in the photo's we have an all weather lit tennis court with basketball hoop. We have a 18 hole Trent Jones Jnr designed golf course 5 minutes down the road, white water rafting, Island BBQ trips, zip lining all available in the local area and your host Tukini will be more than happy to start a dialog with you and help your with reservations.brbrVilla Takali is 40km (40min) from Suva and 140km (2hrs) from Nadi or Denarau. We are known as “Fiji’s Adventure Capital”, with diving, snorkeling, white water rafting, zip lining, and river cruises to stunning waterfalls nearby. The nation’s capital, Suva, is a short 45 minute drive away offering historic sights, great food, and heaps of cultural opportunities. brbrPacific Harbour has its own food & music scene, with small eateries often offering live local music, within walking distance. The beach is at the end of our road, about a ten-minute walk. We have kayaks which you are welcome to use in the canal just across our road. We have bikes, too, but unfortunately they may not be in the best of shape. You are most welcome to use them, though. brbrBest of all, our amazing housekeeper Marama comes, with our complements, at least once or twice a week. She is able to do your laundry, make beds, do light housekeeping, and even help prepare ingredients for cooking, she is 100% trustworthy and knows where every single thing is. She has been with us for seven years and looks after everything as we are gone months at a time. Additionally, she looks after the gardens so if you don’t need her inside, she won’t be far away. She’s like a ninja, going about her work. The pool guy, Aneet, comes three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, & Friday) to ensure the pool is always crystal clear.brbrWe are a very family-oriented, family friendly home.
