Villa Nike family house, in the natural environment on the hill with sea view

Wow what a place! If you want a modern, sleek style close to a an atmospheric town then Villa Nike is for you.From the outset this trip was perfect. Great communication from Kristina and Željko, who welcomed us at the property even though it was late in the evening.The villa is amazing. Tastefully decorated, the villa has everything you need. From spare googles and mosquito spray to USB chargers. Freshly picked figs from the garden and a beautiful platter of food were really appreciated. It’s these little details that make such a difference. Villa Nike is a perfect size (we were 3 adults and a 17 year old) for a family with plenty of space. The beds were comfy and the living area was perfect. The pool was gorgeous and great for either a swim or splash around. The view from the house is stunning. With the Adriatic Sea in the distance and the mountain overlooking Omiš to your left you could spend hours just looking out at the amazing scenery. A ten minute drive took you to Omiš. A beautiful town which has a mix of old and new. The old town was full of atmosphere with great places to eat in the winding alleys. Full of families it felt safe and welcoming and we enjoyed our evening strolls along the river and beach.If you’re looking for a relaxing break or for a vibrant place, Villa Nike is the place to go as it has something for everyone. Great House. Everything perfect. Nice garden

We have had an amazing stay in Villa Nike. The house is very well equipped with nice pool area, terrasse and another green fruity area behind the house, where you can play table tennis or just relax in the shadow.The view is nice and it only takes 10 min by car to visit the town Omis.The house was very clean and the description spot on. It was very easy to communicate with Zjelko and Kristjina. Very pleasant welcome.We highly recommend this Villa!

This is a beautiful, modern villa with everything you could possible need! The area is quiet with a handful of other villas in the vicinity. It's about a 15 minute drive into Omis with lots of bars, restaurants and tourist shops. The beaches along the coast are beautiful!The villa itself has an excellent pool kept at a lovely temperature with comfy sun chairs and a dining table and chairs too,Inside is all air conditioned, everything is modern and beautifully decorated. Washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and huge TV (with Netflix, Prome, etc).Bedrooms gave ensuite, balcony overlooking the pool and tvs too.Hosts are friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I have stayed in many different villas all over the world, i would say Vila Nike is probably one of the best i have stayed in . The location is superb, very peaceful and away from the crowds that can make Croatia somewhat claustrophobic. The villa itself has every amenity that you need and some that you didn’t even think you needed, the kitchen is modern and stylish with every convenience you could possibly want. The pictures don’t do the villa justice, it really is very special and the hosts were absolutely superb. My wife and i arrived quite late in the evening at the villa…around 10:30 pm and the hosts were there to meet us and show us around the villa and answer any questions we had. Kristina and Zelijko (the hosts) knew we were arriving late and they kindly left us some quality food and drinks so we could relax, its their attention to details like this that made the villa such a special place. I would have no hesitation in returning to villa Nike and couldn’t recommend it enough if you were thinking of booking the villa.

Certainly one of the best houses we ever rented! What elese can we say but everything was perfect. Villa Nike was exactly what we were looking for for spending two weeks in Dalmatia. The house is equipped with everything one needs for a stressless vacation: it is super clean, has a top Kitchen, very comfortable beds, more than enough towels, linen and a lot more. The location is very quiet with a nice view. Very warm welcome from the owners who even stocked the fridge, offered fruits, vegetables, wine and sweets. We enjoyed all the areas around the house, especially the outdoor kitchen, grill and the vegetable garden where we picked all kind of fresh fruits and vegetables. Zeljko and Kristina, you did a wonderful job with your villa, your hospitality and service! Thank you so, so much again for sharing your lovely house. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids and we had an amazing week. The villa is so well appointed with everything you could need. The highlights of our stay were *the pool (obviously) which was super clean and looked out over the hillside toward the sea - just lovely *the back garden with fresh figs, plums , tomatoes *A/c was there in the villa when you needed it but the villa had shutters which were also effective in keeping the bedrooms cool. *Omis was a short drive down the hillside and was a charming place with an old town , beach and shops with all the basics. *Split and access to the Islands was a 30min drive I can really recommend villa Nike to anyone wishing to explore this part of Croatia, the hosts are fabulous, explaining everything you need from the villa and about the local area. Villa Nike is beautiful and the property is meticulous. The villa is an extremely high specification and provides everything you could ever need. The views are beautiful, pool lovely and has an amazing barbecue/seating area and fully fitted outdoor kitchen. The owners left a lovely selection of breads, meat and cheese and a well equipped kitchen including tea, coffee, spices etc and all required cleaning products. There are so many activities in the local area that you can book - we loved the white water rafting and also river tubing. We’ve stayed in self catering properties for over 25 years and this is the best one we have ever found.

High quality villa, with everything you could possibly need. Clean, modern and clever. Nice bathrooms, nice kitchen and a great garden as well. We are a family of four, and had two great weeks in this lovely house. BBQ is great. The pool is 1,5m deep all along. You feel very private. You need a car.

It was beyond expectations and pictures. We stayed for a week with three granddaughters. Kristina and Zeljko were outstanding host providing us with little surprises and advice throughout the week. Nike Villa has so many added features such as an award winning garden and outdoor alcove. We would recommend it to any couple or small group looking for beauty and relaxation in Croatia.
