Villa Belina: 4 ensuite bedrooms, game room, heated pool, sauna & gym

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Belina and our host, Dragana, could not have been more welcoming or helpful. She was incredibly responsive, ensured the villa was fully stocked with necessities (and thoughtful extras) before we arrived, and went out of her way to answer all our questions and advise us on the local area — even arranging for us to try the traditional dish Soparnik on request!The villa itself was stunning — beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with every amenity we could have needed. It’s set in a charming village with lovely walks and great local restaurants nearby, while also being just a short drive to Omiš, where there are plenty of fun activities to enjoy.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend Villa Belina to anyone looking for a relaxing yet well-connected getaway.

The villa is really lovely, it has absolutely everything you need and everything was very high quality. Very impressed about the villa and Dragana was very lovely and easy to message with a lot of advice about the area. A lot of extras included that you don’t have in most villas such as beer, wine, fruit and many other stuff on arrival. Would definitely recommend.The villa is located in the mountains which gave amazing views but you definitely need a car to drive into Omiš. Roads a little scary up the mountain but definitely worth it for the villa as you feel you have a private area and amazing views. Easier for a smaller car if you aren’t familiar driving on the other side of the road.

We had a fantastic week in this wonderful house. The host really made us feel welcome. The house is better than the pictures show. Clean, neat, big and suited us perfectly. The house is well located for going on many excursions such as Split. The host gave us many good tips for different excursions and beaches which were all great. 100% recommend this accommodation.

On arrival we were warmly greeted by the owners, Dragana and her husband and shown around their beautiful home. The generous welcome pack included local cheese, sausage, bread, fruit and wine. The Villa and grounds are immaculately clean and furnished and finished to a very high standard and equipped with everything you might need and more. Dragana personally maintained the pool and outside area every other day before 7 am so not to disturb us. The gym and large sauna exceeded our expectation and the views of the surrounding mountains and small village were spectacular. The local supermarket was just 5 minutes walk and historic Omis town and beaches a short drive away. We would highly recommend. Sarah & Nigel (UK) May 2022

What can I say? From start to finish Dragana (the owner) was on hand to help with any queries or requests. She is so efficient when replying to any messages and is nothing short of amazing. She waited for our arrival, which was two hours after initial time told due to delays, car rental etc., yet this was no problem. We were met with a warm smile and felt instantly at ease. Thank you Dragana! We even got an email with a detailed list of recommendations from Dragana , which was most helpful! The villa itself is just beautiful, it is literally five minutes from Omis in a place called Gata. Location is wonderful, though a car is definitely needed! The villa is well equipped it has everything you require for a home from home stay. It is ultra modern and spacious and I literally did not want to leave. The pool is just fantastic, and is cleaned regularly although please note you will not be disturbed as this is done so discreetly and is so welcomed as it is so nice to get up to a clean pool! Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with beautiful rain showers... just perfect! Myself and my family had a wonderful week here and just want to say a big thank you for making it so special! The little touches such as the bread, cheese and even homemade brandy on arrival was such a lovely touch! We will definitely visit again in the future and we recommend anyone to stay at this breath taking property!
