The outdoor area offers a private, heated swimming pool 4m x 12m with massage, a Jacuzzi, 8 deck chairs, and 3 sun umbrellas, outdoor shower, covered outdoor dining area with barbecue. Next to the dining area is a plot with artificial grass plot with toys and playing area for your youngest.
The ground floor is A/C and offers a bright and spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that is connected to an outdoor area with a glass wall. A living room with TV, and exit to a pool and outdoor dining area. A Bedroom No1 with super-king size bed 200cm x 220cm, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a separate toilet with laundry and all needed amenities.
Internal steps take you to the first floor that offers a sauna room with fitness equipment (Orbitrek and Exercise bike). Bedroom No2 with two single beds 90cm x 200cm that can connect into a king size bed, TV, A/C, a balcony with outdoor furniture and mountain views, en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom No3 with king size bed 180cm x 200cm, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, Bedroom No4 with super-king size 200cm x 220cm, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, a balcony with pool views and outdoor furniture.
In front of the house there is a secured parking space for 3 cars, and a fun-zone space with table tennis and Foosball. Video surveillance is installed in the parking lot and pool area, but can be turned off during your stay (on request). iV charger is available in the garage
You have the opportunity to buy a boat trip to islands or on Cetina river, to order catering, a masseur service also, all for an extra charge and all can be arranged at arrival.
