Nearby, a discovery center just outside Manitowish Waters is perfect for children. The main living area of the home is on the second level, featuring rich wood paneling, abundant natural light, and stunning lake views. A dramatic floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace anchors the living space. Snuggle up on the sofas by the fire or enjoy the view from the ones facing the lake for a relaxing evening. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and stocked with all major appliances, cookware, and ample counter space, while the large dining table comfortably seats everyone. An additional table in the kitchen offers even more seating options. Step out onto the deck to admire the lake from a new perspective, relax in one of four Adirondack chairs, or fire up the propane grill for a warm-weather barbecue. Outdoor amenities include two single kayaks, a cozy firepit, and a private sauna for ultimate relaxation. This level also offers two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The lodge sits directly on a snowmobile trailhead, and there's ample parking available in the lot for trailers, toys, and boats. If you're visiting in the summer, it's about a block to the South Turtle boat landing on the South Turtle, North Turtle, and Rock Lakes chain of lakes. Bring your fishing gear - all three offer great warm-weather and ice fishing for muskie, walleye, northern, and panfish. The lodge also has lake access with a dock for swimming and landing your boats. Inside, you'll have the run of the lodge. There are six bedrooms, a bunk room, two men's bathrooms, and two women's bathrooms. The shared space includes a full-sized bar - BYO Leinie's, Korbel, cherries, and Sprite - with a back-of-bar dishwasher to help with cleanup. Set up a euchre or poker game at one of the many dining tables, listen to some tunes on the jukebox, or just lounge on the leather sectionals in front of the fireplace. There's another living room just around the corner if you can't agree on what to watch on TV.
