Quiet, clean all hardwood floor 2 bedroom duplex upper apartment (entry via 2 locking doors and a flight and a half of stairs) with updated kitchen, remodeled bathroom, small office with desk for remote workspace, onsite full sized washer & dryer, off street parking, TV with Roku, DVD player with wide selection of movies, super Nintendo mini + games, all utilities and wifi included.brbrConveniently located on a quiet cul-de-sac less than a mile to MKE airport, and within approximately 10-18 minutes of area hospitals including Aurora St Luke's, Ascension St Francis, Froedtert, Children's Wisconsin, & Ascension Columbia St Mary's. Close freeway access to 794/94/43.brbrAll beds have memory foam hybrid mattresses with super soft hypoallergenic bedding. Both bedrooms have room darkening blackout curtains, large closets the length of each bedroom with ample storage space including hangers and hanging organizers, ottoman with storage, extra pillows and blankets, and table or bedside lamps with outlets and usb ports for easy phone charging. Second bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted into a king size bed upon request. Small office has a fold away computer desk for remote work or studying and large closet for additional storage. Air purifiers with HEPA filter for an allergy friendly space and white noise for light sleepers. Central air conditioning and heat included.brbrHypoallergenic dish soap and hand soap available. Hypoallergenic laundry detergent is used. Fragrance free - no scented air fresheners used. brbrKitchen has a brand new stainless tea kettle and a selection of various fine teas and local honey that guests are welcome to enjoy.brbrPet allowed with non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet.brbrWasher and dryer is located in the basement, which is also shared with the tenant who lives and works remotely in the lower unit. There is also a shared backyard with a peaceful japanese rock garden influence to sit and enjoy.brbrContactless self check in with keyless entry. I am located nearby, and will be your primary contact. I have an onsite contact in the lower apartment unit that can also assist with questions or issues.brbrbrAll guests that will stay in the unit must submit a photo of their driver's license or government issued photo id immediately to host upon confirmed booking.brbrNo parties allowed. Any guest found having a party will be immediately asked to leave without a refund.brbrNO SMOKING - smoking is not allowed inside or outside on the property. Violation of this non-smoking policy in or on any part of the property will result in a $500 non-refundable smoking fee and immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay without a refund.brbrTrash should never be allowed to pile up overflowing to avoid any unsanitary conditions or undesirable odors. Unsanitary conditions are grounds for immediate termination of your stay. brbrLaundry hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.brQuiet hours are between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.brbrMattress covers should never be removed for any reason. Removing a mattress protector will result in a $200 charge per incident/mattress.brbrAir purifiers are to be kept running at least 12 hours a day. Glitter, confetti, and sequins are not allowed - clean up charge of $100 will be charged. Scented air fresheners are not allowed due to severe allergies. brbrHost should be notified immediately of any water leaks. Host may enter at any time for inspection or necessary repairs due to emergency such as a water leak or any other condition which may threaten to cause property damage or pose a safety issue for any person or animal.brbrAll pet messes are to be cleaned up immediately by guest. Dogs must be leashed at all times on the property. Please do not take your pet in the front yard to potty. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the unit unless crated and are not to be left unattended in fenced backyard. Cat litter boxes should be cleaned daily. Guest reservation will be immediately terminated without refund and asked to leave if pets are found to be eliminating or causing damage on any part of host property inside the house including but not limited to floors, rugs, carpeting, walls, furniture, bedding, etc. Any guest that is not providing adequate care for their pets will have their reservation cancelled immediately without a refund and asked to leave and lose their right to leave a public review. The police will be called if animal abuse or neglect is seen, heard, or suspected.brbrCheckout is by 11:00 a.m. Any guest that remains in the unit beyond this time will be charged a $100 late checkout fee. Upon check out all trash should be taken out. Broken items, empty containers, and any other items left behind will be considered trash and a trash pickup/haul fee of $100 will be charged. Used towels should be left in the bathtub. The garage door opener should be left on the kitchen counter. Unit should be left in the same condition it was found – clean and tidy, trash and recyclables taken out, all perishables cleaned out of fridge, dishes washed and returned to cabinets, etc. Any items left in fridge (aside from water pitcher provided for your use by host) will be considered trash and will result in a fridge clean out charge of $50. Furniture rearrangement fee of $100 will be charged for any furniture not returned to original location. All lights and ceiling fans and other electrical devices should be turned off at the time of checkout or whenever the unit is occupied throughout the stay.brbrViolating any of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund and you will lose the right to post a public review of the property. By booking this property you agree to all of the above rules and conditions listed above.
