My place is next to the Fiserv Forum (300 ft away), UW Panther Arena, Old World 3rd Street Entertainment District, Milwaukee Theater, Wisconsin Convention Center, etc..brThis is actually 2 condos that share a double door like adjoining hotel rooms. It becomes 2 bedrooms and 2 kitchens with plenty of space for up to 12 people. There are additionally 2 queen couches and 2 rollaway xl twins beds. Please see our other units if you are looking to book a smaller or larger space.brOur 1500 sq foot double condo is all yours for your stay. 2 Bedrooms, 2 Queen pull out couches, 2 full size roll-aways, 2.5 bathrooms, and a full kitchen make for an amazing stay. Our 13 foot ceilings and lofted master bedroom and bathroom are unique in this one of a kind downtown setting. The view of the park is amazing and we are just a half block walk to Old World 3rd Street which is full of Milwaukee's top Restaurants and downtown nightlife spots. We can comfortably sleep 8 people.brYou will have complete access to your portion of the 3rd floor. This is a lofted condo with an enclosed bedroom (King Bed) with bathroom over the kitchen and a first floor Bedroom (Queen Bed) with a large living room with 2 pull out queen couches. We have 2 queen blow up mattresses so the space would then be able to sleep up to 12 to 14 people, but the comfortable number is 8 to 10 people for sleeping. You will be provided a punch code for front door access and also for your own suite.brBeing a Milwaukee native and working downtown, we can give you decades of Milwaukee knowledge and experiences to enhance your trip and stay. We have connections to nearby restaurants if you would like to head out on the town. We are in the area and respond rather quickly. In most instances we can be to the unit in an hour or so. Please reach out and we can see what we can do to help you. brAny towels that need replacement due to theft or make up removal will be charged at $20 per towel. Any kitchen items like glassware, plates, bowls, or utensils will be replaced at a charge of $10 each. All towels and items are logged before and after a guests stay.brThere is no smoking in the unit or building you must go outside the buildingbrOur Location is a half block from Old World 3rd Entertainment District and The Deer District, which is Milwaukee's most diverse and popular restaurant and entertainment locations. There is plenty of day shopping at the Cheese Mart, Usingers, or Spice House. For dinner you have Maders, Oak Barrel, Tavern on Third, Carsons. Late night you have, Who's on 3rd, RWB, Brat House to name a few. You cannot find a place closer to the Fiserv Forum or UWM Panther Arena, they are literally next door.brThere is a bus pick up a block away on the corner of Old World 3rd and state Street. There is plenty of Uber or Lyft ride service available. Also a block away at the Hyatt several taxis are usually sitting and waiting. You are within a mile of walking to a lot of what Milwaukee has to offer. The River Walk that goes up and down the river is a block away.brThere isn't parking included in the stay. The best structure is located at 6th and State Street. It is very close by that you can keep your car. The parking on the street is not allowed from 3a to 6a. brWe do offer a private 4 car garage for rent during your stay that is a block away. It is $40 per car per night and provide complete privacy and unlimited in and out access. IF there is a Fiserv Forum event expect to pay up to $60 for that day in the area. brThere is a minimum 2 night stay during the week. We can make exceptions but will have to adjust pricingbrYou are on the 3rd floor, however our Condo is located in a Restaurant and Bar district and has noises outside that are associated with city life and business operations. We have found that trash pick up on Mondays can happen between 6am and 8am along with deliveries throughout the day. We have provided sound machines, fans, and ear plugs for those who are light sleepers or accustom to complete silence.

It is located in the parking structure that touches the building to the North. . The pass that is needed for parking will be in the condo when you arrive, you need it to enter and exit the structure. You can park out front with flashers and head to the Airbnb to grab it. Please return it at the 11am check out. Parking passes and keyslost or not returned will result in a $100 replacement fee. My spacious home spreads out over three levels on 1/3 acre in a quiet residential neighborhood and is about one mile from many downtown restaurants, bars, breweries, and entertainment venues. Having easy access to the freeway, it is a great location from which to travel throughout the greater Milwaukee area. It's a perfect place from which to explore the city, or to relax and enjoy the home and its amenities. Walkable access to downtown Milwaukee or just three minutes by car, Uber, Lyft or taxi.brbrMy home has 6 bedrooms (with 7 beds = 2 king, 3 queen, and 2 twin XL), plus 2 single-sized convertible mattresses (good for kids). My home has 3 full bathrooms (1 on each level) and 1 half bathroom on the main level. There are multiple common areas, including a main level living room with seating for up to 15, a large kitchen with two areas of counter seating, a large dining room with seating for 12, and lower level game room with a couch and chairs. There is plenty of space!brbrThis is my primary home, so it is fully equipped with all necessities. I have a fully stocked kitchen for you to use and I always provide coffee, tea, and hot chocolate as well.brbrThe finished lower level rec room is complete with a TV, billiard table, foosball table, dartboard, air hockey and many board games, party games, and puzzles for all ages. Some exercise equipment (free weights and yoga mats) is available on the upper level loft.brbrThe back patio provides additional gathering/seating space with a fenced-in, shaded patio with hot tub. A gas grill is available for your use, with grilling utensils in the kitchen. The patio area opens up to a large back yard with hammocks, room for our outdoor games like bags, bocce, and frisbee. Great for family and friend get-togethers!brbrI love my neighborhood, and for many reasons! My home is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet, safe, and diverse residential neighborhood a mile outside of Downtown and Lower East Side. Many restaurants, bars, music and sports venues, and grocery stores are within a 5-minute drive. There is a brewery with arcade (Dead Bird), and a local coffee shop (Pilcrow) only 3 blocks away. It is a great downtown-adjacent location with a suburban feel.brbrPlease message me if you would prefer a personal meeting and tour during check-in. Alternatively, I will message you prior to your check-in date with a personalized entry code.brbrFor entry to the home there is a deadbolt with a personalized electronic security code. The personalized code may also be used by you for the 24-hour monitored home security system. If the home is set to “Armed Away” on the panel, the system will disarm when you enter your access code on the front lock when returning. The security system includes three security cameras which monitor the front of the home and the driveway, and back gate off of the driveway.brbrYou may park six+ vehicles on the new driveway depending on their size. Be sure to pull up and not block or obstruct the sidewalk that crosses the driveway. Per an agreement with neighbors, street parking is not permitted. If additional parking is needed for registered guests you must reach out to me ahead of time. (If you find that vehicles do not fit on driveway without obstructing sidewalk, you may temporarily park on street and contact me to make other arrangements.) Be sure to remove all valuables from your vehicle as is recommended for all cities.brbrCheck-in is after 3pm on your arrival date and check-out is before 11am on your departure date. brbrEarly check-ins and late check-outs:brPersons may request in advance to extend the house rental times, when available, at a rate of $50/hour or a partial-day negotiated amount, payable in advance of your stay. Due to cleaning and other scheduled items late check-outs are charged $100 per hour or portion of an hour. If you have a flight or travel plans that conflict with these times please let us know, whenever possible we will assist with luggage storage, etc. You can also request modifications to your arrival and check out times free of charge closer to your stay and if the schedule permits I will be happy to accommodate you. brbr***Be sure to fully review and share the House Rules before booking.***brbrI strive to make your stay the best it can be, so please let me know beforehand what event brings you to town, and if you have any specific requests or needs.
