Massive Unit w/ Garage, Chef’s kitchen & office! Walk to the Lake, Downer Ave!

Living space was great for a bigger group. It all worked out and everyone had a great time!

Very beautiful place great stay like staying at a five-star hotel

The shared parking was a bit more difficult than expected. The garage was not large enough to accommodate the vehicles we were driving. Overall the house was well stocked with towels and other household items.

Clean, well set up, hosted our family well.

Property was exactly as described. Owner communicated promptly and clearly. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood among old, beautiful homes. 1 bedroom in each of three floors. A lot of extra space in this house. Kitchen is nicely furnished with dishes & cooking tools.

Great property with plenty of room

Overall the stay was very nice. Billy, the host, was very communicative and easy to reach. The place was adequately clean. Onsite laundry always a plus. Location is one of the best parts of Milwaukee (I know bc I was born and raised in Milwaukee :)Easy parking in the driveway or garage. Close walk to nice restaurants and parks.We were looking forward to our kids using the sandbox we saw in the photos, though unfortunately is was very dirty and overgrown with weeds. Also, the curtains in the bedrooms do very little to block out the light, so if you're a light sleeper who needs a dark room to sleep, this might be a concern.Overall, a nice home in a great location. We will consider staying here again.

House was as pictured and described, great neighborhood-University of Wisconsin, restaurants and beach all close by. House was very clean, yard needs a little cleanup, but it wasn’t a problem because we didn’t plan to use it. We only stayed one night due to record flooding and the host was extremely easy and understanding and due to the historic event even provided us a refund! I would definitely recommend if you are visiting g the area.

Had 5 couples meet for a weekend in the city and this space was perfect for us. Plenty of space for us all to hang out together and the bedroom sizes were great. Beds were comfortable, plenty of extra linens and towels too. Location was great and the neighborhood has restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. There were lots of the city scooters around too we enjoyed. Hosts were very responsive before and during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location for our large group! We enjoyed our stay.

The property was in a convenient location and had plenty of room as advertised. The finishes and decor were good but a little outdated. The overall cleanliness was good, but some of the supplies in supplies in the bath (bath wash, soap) were out. No regular coffee, and bed sheets and towels left in the washer, and yet property required a $200 cleaning fee.

I wish that the back deck and patio area were better. There are cracked chairs. It really would not take much.to make it more inviting.Coffee pot was not clean. Other than that it was great! Love how close we were to downtown.

It was a amazing home for us during the state fair! Everything is clean and comfortable. We were always in communication with owners. I highly recommend and am very thankful!
