If your stay includes a Monday night, we would be very grateful if you would please place the bins out on Monday evening. The handle needs to face the kerb and not be further than 30 cm from the kerb. brBOND AND COMPLIANCE Beachhouse Holiday Homes are not to be used for any parties, weddings or other functions without written permission from management. If it comes to our attention that the property is being misused by the guests they will be asked to leave the property immediately without any refund. Guests take full responsibility for any visitors at the house during their stay. The noise curfew is 9:00pm. The Bond relates to any missing or damaged items, excessive noise leading to complaints and general cleanliness of the property, e.g. left in a clean & tidy condition, washing up done, BBQ cleaned and rubbish removed etc. Please report any damage or breakage to the manager as soon as practicable after the damage occurring .
