Dolphin House is a contemporary coastal retreat set on a quiet road, offering soothing views of the Indian Ocean. Spacious, modern, and designed for relaxed beachside living, it’s the perfect base for exploring Margaret River’s world-class beaches, wineries, and restaurants.

With multiple living areas, a wraparound entertaining deck, a wood fire and thoughtful touches throughout, Dolphin House provides a comfortable and private stay for families, couples and groups of up to 8 guests.

Dolphin House is a fully self-contained, two-level coastal home featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and generous indoor/outdoor living zones.

Upstairs – Open Plan Living & Coastal Views
The upper level is bright and breezy, with an open-plan lounge, dining area, and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The kitchen includes modern appliances, an oven, Nespresso machine, full cookware and crockery, and generous pantry supplies (milk, oils, condiments, coffee pods, tea, wraps/foils, insect repellent, and more).

Large sliding doors open onto a spacious wraparound deck with BBQ, outdoor dining, a relaxing egg chair, and beautiful views over Gnarabup. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach or out wine tasting.

Downstairs – Second Lounge & Private Master Suite
The lower level includes a second lounge/theatre room with a large flatscreen TV and sound system, plus the private king suite with ensuite and walk-in shower. This floor opens onto the front yard surrounded by native gardens and lawn.

This is a quiet family friendly residential neighbourhood with permanent and holiday homes throughout. We love our community and all have plenty of interaction with our fabulous beaches and coastline. You`ll often see the kids walking or on their bikes carrying their surf board to the local beaches.
We also have some beautiful coastal walks on the ridge above the beaches and on the beach themselves for those who like the challenge of sand walking!
Dawn and sunset sees plenty of people casually fishing off the beach or rocks for herring and whiting, and seasonal local salmon as well.
It`s hard to beat having dinner and sunset at one of the many beaches on the coast!

The parking is plentiful however we are without local public transportation so a vehicle to get around is a must. Ask us about local car hire recommendations.

Dolphin House is close to some of the region’s favourite attractions:

• A short stroll to family beaches, surf breaks, cafés, and oceanfront restaurants
• 5 minutes to the local golf course
• 10–15 minutes to Margaret River town centre
• Easy access to iconic wineries, breweries, trails, and scenic lookouts


House Rules:
• Maximum 8 guests
• Accommodation only - no parties, events, weddings, or large gatherings
• Keep noise low after 9pm in accordance with Shire regulations
• No street parking - all vehicles must remain within the property boundary in accordance with Shire regulations
• No smoking indoors
• Report any damage promptly

HOUSE RULES FOR GUESTS AND VISITORS
Holiday rentals provide a unique tourism experience: consider this your home, treat it as your own, respect your neighbours and leave it as you find it. These House Rules are provided at Dolphin House to ensure that Guests and Visitors know and comply with the specific Rules governing their permission to enter and occupy the Property.
OUR NEIGHBOURHOOD The house is located in a residential neighbourhood of families and small children. Could you please be mindful and maintain a slow speed when driving in our area.
PARKING It is a Council requirement that all vehicles associated with the property are to be parked on the driveway on the property, as street parking is not allowed.
RUBBISH The rubbish bins are emptied early on Tuesday mornings. If your stay includes a Monday night, we would be very grateful if you would please place the bins out on Monday evening. The handle needs to face the kerb and not be further than 30 cm from the kerb.
BOND AND COMPLIANCE Beachhouse Holiday Homes are not to be used for any parties, weddings or other functions without written permission from management. If it comes to our attention that the property is being misused by the guests they will be asked to leave the property immediately without any refund. Guests take full responsibility for any visitors at the house during their stay. The noise curfew is 9:00pm. The Bond relates to any missing or damaged items, excessive noise leading to complaints and general cleanliness of the property, e.g. left in a clean & tidy condition, washing up done, BBQ cleaned and rubbish removed etc. Please report any damage or breakage to the manager as soon as practicable after the damage occurring . Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES The check in time is 3:00pm and departure time is 10.00am unless otherwise arranged. When departing, please ensure the house is locked, air-conditioning has been turned off and the key is returned to the lock box at the front entrance.
NO SMOKING POLICY There is no smoking permitted inside the homes. Please dispose of cigarette ends thoughtfully if you smoke outside.

    What a lovely house for all our family to meet at. Everything we needed with a few little extras. Plenty of room , although 2 storey , very child friendly.Would love to meet here again .

    This was the perfect house for us. it is spacious and bright, close to the beach ...It's best feature is the amazing chef's kitchen. It has everything you could wish for which is rare in holiday accomodation. We did lots of cooking as a family which is always fun.

    The property was extremely clean and decked out with everything you would need for a winter, weekend getaway. The 4 girls from our mothers group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect.

    Just spent a long weekend with girlfriends at this property! We were also pleased with the choice we made. The house, is very clean (for 4 clean freaks this was important), bedding towels the lot. House was in a perfect location - walked to the common Saturday afternoon only 10 mins (fast pace). Veronica was a wonderful help - thanks for helping h with all my questions. Tip - if you like your music - take a blue tooth speaker. The unit in the house only fits old iPods, with larger pin. Aside from that, we will be back!!

    A very pleasent place to stay. we went in the colder month so spent a lot of time indoors but still had a great view and a nice wood fire to stay warm. good location for getting around and to see the attractions. over all a great house, location and makes for a fantastic winter getaway.

    The House was fantastic. The images are exactly as per the house. The beds are firm and comfy, plenty of warmth during our winter stay with electric blankets on the beds, and a fantastic fire place. We used the mornings to out and explored the beaches, mountain bike paths in Margaret River and wineries / brewery's and were back and relaxing with the fire warming the house by 3pm... very relaxing!

    The property was lovely had everything you need to make stay comfortable. Amazing view off balcony ocean views. Short walk to beach , nice cafe for morning coffee. Lovely stay.
