- What is the bedding configuration
Bedroom two with one king bed, bedroom one with one queen bed and bedrooms three and four with two single beds (can’t be pushed together). We supply high-quality linen and fresh towels for all guests.
- What consumables are provided
We include a starter kit: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towel, hand/body wash, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid
- How and when will I receive the address & key code
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive arrival instructions by email. Your unique door code and check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival.
- Is the property pet-friendly
No — pets are NOT allowed.
- Are children welcome / is there a cot or highchair
Children are welcome. Cot can be provided upon request for a small fee, and a highchair is available free of charge.

No, smoking is not permitted.

Onsite secure parking is available to guests (2 bays under carport).
- Where are the bedrooms located
Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 are located on the first floor, while Bedroom 4 is on the mezzanine level and features a private balcony with river views.

The property has three bathrooms. Bedroom 1 includes an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, while Bathrooms 2, & 3 are shared. Bathroom 2 features a shower and bathtub, while Bathroom 3 includes a walk-in shower and toilet, with 24/7 hot water available.
- Is the property accessible for guests with limited mobility
The property may not be fully suitable for guests with limited mobility due to the presence of stairs.

PLEASE NOTE: A separate 2-person studio called Aroha is joined to the house by a 5m long corridor with no common walls or access.

The bins are collected on Thursday morning. Please make sure the bins are ready by the side of the road on a Wednesday night.
Properties are professionally cleaned prior to your booking but please note that prior to your departure you are required to:
Put all furniture back in its original positions
All dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put back in their appropriate places.
All food and rubbish were removed and put in the external bins.
BBQ turned off after use.
Fridge – food removed, and shelves wiped.
