This home is perched right on the canal walls and is blessed with perfect canal views to soak up from the deck, 3 of the 4 bedrooms and all living areas! With your private jetty at your back door and the boat ramp just 2 minutes drive, it also offers the best access for boating holidays! Relax on the massive, sheltered outdoor entertaining deck and soak up the outstanding canal aspect. Great private location, protected from street noise.

We offer sensationally located accommodation atan affordable price. The property can comfortably sleep 10 guests with 2 bedrooms each with queen beds, a 3rd bedroom with 2 queen beds and a 4th walk-through bedroom with king single bunk beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.

Plasma TV with HDMI connection and DVD. Modern well-equipped kitchen with everything you have in your own kitchen right down to an electric beater. Outdoor covered patio area with table setting for 8 and gas barbecue. Reverse cycle air-conditioning to living areas and ceiling fans in three of the four bedrooms. Laundry with washing machine and clothesline (pegs provided). Secure off-street parking for two cars and room for more on our long driveway or on the verge opposite the house.

Free use of 3 kayaks and crab nets included.

Great location for guests on vacation, business or long stay. 400m from Waterside Canal Boat Ramp to enter 155 sq km of waterways. Waterside Canal Dreams is ideally situated, between estuary, beaches, marina, restaurants, pubs, shops, cinema, fun park, golf course, picnic areas, fishing, crabbing and Mandurah Centro Shopping Centre. Short drive to beaches, zoo and wineries. One hour drive from Perth International Airport, 2km from Kwinana-Bunbury Freeway, off Mandjoogoordap Drive exit to Mandurah Rd and Leslie Street. On bus route 594 from Mandurah Train Station.

Cleaning Option:
If you wish to take full advantage of your holiday and take a vacation from cleaning, you can pay the optional cleaning fee with your rental balance and the Property Owner will complete the vacate clean so you can simply pack up and end your holiday.
Optional Cleaning Fee $90.00/stay

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

Minimum 2 night stay.
Copy of identification required at time of booking to secure reservation.
Person booking the home must be 25 years or older (ID required).
No school leavers or parties. Family/business use ONLY.
The booking Guest is responsible for the behaviour of all visitors.
Please refrain from using the jetty furthest into the canal. The one closest to the house is our jetty.

Payment and cancellation policy:
Deposit due within 48 hours with id to secure reservation.
All cancellations will incur a loss of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 28 days of arrival will incur a loss of 100% of the total booking price, unless the property can be re-let.
$500 bond due 7 days prior to arrival - refundable upon property inspection. Instances when the bond may be retained include but are not limited to:
• The property is to be left in the state it is upon arrival of the Guest, meaning all electrical appliances and lights turned off, locks secured, house cleaned and in good order. The Applicant is therefore required to clean the property prior to vacating, to the standard it was found upon arrival. Cleaning equipment and products are provided for your use. Failure to leave the property in its original state will result in a cleaning fee of $90.00 being deducted from the Bond upon departure (unless Cleaning Option has been purchased).; and
• Pets are not permitted on any of the furniture under any circumstances. All excretions are to be removed from the property by the Guest. Noise is to be kept to a minimum and if any complaints are laid by neighbours the pet must be removed from the property. Bond funds will be utilised for any damage caused by pets (ie cleaning furniture if this clause is breached).

    Had a wonderful long weekend with the whole family including 18th old which we had to block off stair access to the jetty. cycling around the bridges and town was easy by the use of all the cycle paths Mandurah has to offer. Unfortunately we stayed when temperature was getting over 40+deg and the one family room aircon didn’t make to the bedrooms. Will definitely go back again.

    The property, secretly located on the canal was pure perfection. Our Christmas vacation was more than we could have hoped for. Perfect location on the water with twinkling Christmas lights, divine view of the canal, even had Santa cruising the canals on Christmas morning. We spent most of our time on the deck area and felt so relaxed from the time we entered the property. Proximity to the centre of Mandurah and beaches was so convenient. Immaculately presented home filled with everything that we needed to feel right at home. Highly recommend this property.

    A family of 5 and a family of 4 stayed at this property for 3 nights, there was ample room and utilities to accomodate all. Ideal location on the canals, with a boat ramp at end of street and short walk to the main area of estuary. Mandurah forum within 5 minutes drive is very handy as well.
