Welcome to the Stone Heritage Cottage, one of Mandurah’s oldest cottages, built in 1905. Centrally located at the Estuary end of Ormsby Terrace, the Cottage is within walking distance of the estuary and the beach, city centre, restaurants and bars, the famous Peninsula Hotel, the Arts Centre and Cinema's. The Cottage offers guests a large shaded block with mature Sheoak trees and a lush green lawn. The property is fenced off so a safe location for guests with young children and pets.brbrRecently renovated family cottage, freshly painted, modern kitchen and bathroom, original polished jarrah floor boards, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom/toilet and laundry with washing machine. Reverse cycle air conditioner in main living area so cool in summer and warm in winter. Gas BBQ on veranda. We supply all bedding, sheets and doonas and a bath towel for each guest.
