- The Space brbr Sleepy Hollow has an open and airy living, dining and kitchen space. There's plenty of room on the comfortable sofa, in the lounge, along with a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well appointed with a gas cooktop and oven, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher and lots of bench space.brbrTwo bedrooms have queen size beds, with 2 lots of single bunks + a trundle if needed in the third bedroom. Bedding (doonas, pillows) for all beds is provided but guests must provide their own linen (sheets, pillowcases and doona covers) and towels.brbrThe family bathroom has a walk-in shower and a vanity, with the second toilet being separate off the laundry. The laundry offers a front loader washing machine and access to the back veranda.brbrSmoking is NOT permitted inside the property.brbrNo pets allowed.brbrbrWhile the property is fully furnished and well equipped, it may not have all appliances and equipment you may be used to using. We apologise if this causes inconvenience. brbr - Guest Access brbrYou have use of the entire house and yard. Guest access information will be provided the day of your arrival via email. It's famous for wind surfing, kite surfing and fishing. brThe Sandy Point General store is the hub for groceries, bait, petrol, gas, bottle shop and an Australia Post outlet.brA small Mini golf course is located next to our office on Beach Parade (seasonal).brPlaygrounds, Tennis courts (equipment can be hired from the General Store), Half basketball court & public bbq areas are located next to the Sandy Point Community Centre. brThe Sandy Point Community Centre hosts art festivals, markets & other events over summer.brbrSandy Point is a great base for exploring the local region. With Wilsons Promontory a short drive away, you can enjoy a range of short and long hikes that include breath taking beaches, rivers and wildlife encounters.brThe historic towns of Fish Creek, Walkerville, Foster, Toora and Meeniyan are an easy drive away, offering outstanding local produce, art galleries, cafes, restaurants and wineries. brAlso in easy reach is the historic Cape Liptrap Lighthouse and Walkerville Lime Kilns at the famous Magic Beach, Walkerville South.brThe Great Southern Rail Trail (131kms) runs from Nyora to Yarram and can be accessed at Fish Creek, it's ideal for biking or walking.brbr - Getting Around brbrSandy Point is a lovely Village to stroll around, however getting beyond this you will need your own car.br brbr - Other things to note brbrDue to the closure of the Gippsland Power Stations, during peak times (i.e. the middle of summer) we are prone to power blackouts. Mobile phone coverage can also be poor, travellers are advised to use Telstra for the best coverage in our area. This is unfortunately completely out of our control.brEach property in Sandy Point is on tank water and septic systems.brbrbrbr1. Checkout time is 10.00 am sharp on the day of your departure, unless you have made other arrangements with Prom Coast Holidays prior to your arrival. Failure to vacate the Property by 10.00am sharp will result in one extra night's accommodation fee being charged to the credit card tendered.brbr2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Property. If you smoke outside the Property, all cigarette butts must be cleared and put in the bin. Failure to clean cigarette butts may result in an extra cleaning fee charge on the credit card tendered.brbr3. All holiday rental Properties are fully equipped with the exception of linen which is not provided unless specified in writing (e.g. Sheets, pillowcases, towels etc) a small complimentary supply of cleaning products (soap, detergent, etc ) is supplied.brbr4. Unless otherwise specified in writing, firewood for wood heaters is not supplied. Wood is available for purchase at the Sandy Point General Store, BP Fish Creek or Foster. Outdoor fires are only permitted in accordance with local fire restrictions.brbr5. The Maximum number of persons (including children) permitted to occupy the Property is included in the Property description. Overcrowding, extra guests and parties are not allowed. If there is evidence of overcrowding, extra guests or parties at the Property at any time, the booking will be terminated immediately, all monies forfeited and any costs incurred as a result of the misuse of the Property will be payable by you or charged against the credit card tendered.brbr6. Tents, caravans and the like are strictly not permitted at the Property at any time.brbr7. If upon your arrival the Property is not clean, or it comes to your attention that the Property has been damaged, you must notify Prom Coast Holidays staff immediately so that we are able to inspect and arrange to rectify the problem promptly. Claims for compensation will not be considered should Prom Coast Holidays not be advised of any issues on checkin.brbr8. Prom Coast Holidays is not responsible for, and you hereby release Prom Coast Holidays from, any liability in respect to any injury, debt, damage, loss, cost, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by your occupation or use of the Property.brbr9. Prom Coast Holidays accepts no responsibility for guest's personal property left in, or near the Property.brbr10. Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm & 8am, during arrival or departure, and at any time throughout the occupancy. Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your booking, all monies forfeited, and any costs incurred following misuse of, or damage to the Property will be payable by you or charged to the credit card tendered. Guests and visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour. Strictly no schoolies or bucks/hens nights.brbr11. You are responsible for any damage caused to the Property or the loss of, or damage to any items provided at the Property, including but not limited to the floors and floor coverings, furniture and fittings, kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery and you must pay to Prom Coast Holidays the full cost of replacement or repair of any such items lost or damaged. All damage, breakages and losses are to be reported to Prom Coast Holidays immediately. All furniture and equipment must be left in the Property and as originally found.brbr12. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys are not always available. If Keys or remotes are lost, you are responsible for the cost of changing locks. Should Prom Coast Holidays be required to attend the property after hours due to fault of guest (i.e. losing keys or locking themselves out) a service charge of $200.00 will be deducted from the credit card tendered.brbr13. If you do not leave the Property neat and tidy, Prom Coast Holidays will charge you an additional cleaning fee. Any spillages, the fridge and benchtops must be wiped, dishes washed, dried and put away clean, bqq cleaned (if used), and all garbage must be wrapped and placed in the garbage bin provided. There is ample parking on the flat driveway for a few cars or a boat and trailer. If there is evidence of overcrowding, extra guests or parties at the Property at any time, the booking will be terminated immediately, all monies forfeited and any costs incurred as a result of the misuse of the Property will be payable by you or charged against the credit card tendered.brbr6. Tents, caravans and the like are strictly not permitted at the Property at any time.brbr7. If upon your arrival the Property is not clean, or it comes to your attention that the Property has been damaged, you must notify Prom Coast Holidays staff immediately so that we are able to inspect and arrange to rectify the problem promptly. Claims for compensation will not be considered should Prom Coast Holidays not be advised of any issues on checkin.brbr8. If there is evidence of overcrowding, extra guests or parties at the Property at any time, the booking will be terminated immediately, all monies forfeited and any costs incurred as a result of the misuse of the Property will be payable by you or charged against the credit card tendered.brbr6. Tents, caravans and the like are strictly not permitted at the Property at any time.brbr7. If upon your arrival the Property is not clean, or it comes to your attention that the Property has been damaged, you must notify Prom Coast Holidays staff immediately so that we are able to inspect and arrange to rectify the problem promptly. Claims for compensation Will NOT be considered should Prom Coast Holidays not be advised of any issues on checkin.brbr8. You are responsible for any damage caused to the Property or the loss of, or damage to any items provided at the Property, including but not limited to the floors and floor coverings, furniture and fittings, kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery and you must pay to Prom Coast Holidays the full cost of replacement or repair of any such items lost or damaged. All damage, breakages and losses are to be reported to Prom Coast Holidays immediately. All furniture and equipment must be left in the Property and as originally found.brbr12. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys are not always available. If Keys or remotes are lost, you are responsible for the cost of changing locks. Should Prom Coast Holidays be required to attend the property after hours due to fault of guest (i.e. losing keys or locking themselves out) a service charge of $200.00 will be deducted from the credit card tendered.brbr13. If you do not leave the Property neat and tidy, Prom Coast Holidays will charge you an additional cleaning fee.
