There's plenty of room for guests to relax with family and friends in this modern split level beach house.brbrLocated in a central location on The Boulevard, only a few moments walk to the General Store and Surf beach.brbrThe property features two queen sized bedrooms on the ground level, with a spacious central bathroom, and laundry with washing machine and bar fridge.brbrUp the first half flight of stairs is the living area with leather armchairs, sofas and chaise lounges. A large sized TV with DVD player and surround sound system. Reverse cycle air conditioning and a glowing-coal electric heater to set the atmosphere.brbrUpstairs is the well-equipped modern galley kitchen with an electric cooktop and oven, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of bench space. The kitchen has a window splash back overlooking the living area so your able to cook dinner while watching TV. There's a balcony on this level as well, looking out across the trees around the property. An 8 seater dining table is in the centre of the room with two 2 seater couches on either side. Open up the sliding doors to the balcony to increase the size of the room while cooking on the Weber BBQ. There is also a reverse cycle air conditioner for those warmer days.brbrOn the top level there are 2 queen sized bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. All of the bedrooms have a flat screen TV. The light filled rooms overlook the tea tree which surrounds the property, making you feel as though your amongst the trees.brbrThe house is tiled throughout keeping it cool throughout summer. Our kitchen water comes directly from our rain water tank and allows a generous supply of fresh drinking water. We will supply some kitchen, bathroom and laundry essentials to ensure your stay is hassle free.brbrThe open plan kitchen/meals/lounge features a dining setting for six - eight with additional stools at the kitchen bench. They look out onto farmland and are surrounded by vegetation local to the area. A resident male koala regularly puts in an appearance, kangaroos are often in the paddocks early, echidnas wander through occasionally and lots of bird species abound. The inlet is accessible by road or a 1.5km walking/riding track (20 minutes). The inlet is a fantastic place to spend the day either fishing, swimming, boating, SUP boarding or sailboarding providing car access onto the beach. The surf beach access track is approximately a 1km walk which will give access to the quiet unmanned part of the Sandy Point surf beach . A further 0.5kms will take you to the main Sandy Point Beach and Sandy Point Surf Lifesaving Club. The Sandy Point beach is absolutely stunning and a great place for a family day out swimming, surfing and boogy boarding or just for lazing around on the beach.
