We have enjoyed the great hospitality, clean and excellent facilities of Pinkie's place. It was the perfect location between Bryce and Zion. Closeby in Orderville you can find a supermarket and a bakery. Thank you Connie and Roger for the very nice location and pleasant stay.

We loved everything about the cottage. The location was fantastic. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and the hummingbirds visiting every morning. The hosts were fantastic. The cottage offered everything that we needed!

Everything was great! The only issue was the downstairs bedroom was not connected to the central AC and was not as cool as we would have liked at night.

Connie was very welcoming. The house is super cute with three comfortable beds. It’s the perfect spot to stay when visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion. Cute small town vibe in the area. It was challenging finding wine to buy, so if that’s your thing, buy it before your arrival. Connie’s welcome note and bagels and cheese was a nice surprise.

Wonderful location, half way in between Zion and Bryce. Great and helpful host! No dishwasher, but kitchen and house was spacious, beds very comfortable too!

This sweet little cottage was exactly what we were looking for as a home away from home. Everything was as we hoped. My husband has limited mobility, but was able to get around with his walker. Connie was very helpful in answering our questions, and even installed grab bars in the shower to accommodate my husband’s needs. Ten out of ten recommend!

We had such a wonderful time at Connie’s beautiful home. She is a great host, so kind, and even left us breakfast for our first morning and dropped by another day with homemade rolls! The house is absolutely beautifully decorated, and so well equipped that you feel right at home. So many extras and comforts have been added, and the beautiful art and stories (both by Connie) add a huge element of love and personality. Thank you so much, Connie!!!

My two sons and I had a really nice stay at Pinkies Cottage. The location of the property was great for trips to Bryce and Zion Canyons. The cottage was comfortable, clean and Connie was very responsive with information.

Great location to go to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Kind of remote otherwise. House was great hosts wonderful

House is rustic and quaint (in a good way), with modern appliances and well stocked. Very comfortable stay. Connie is a great host, very attentive and friendly. Loved the hummingbirds coming to the feeders! The location is central to the National Parks and close to the other attractions, but be prepared to drive up to an hour for other entertainment.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Connie's amazing cottage! The location was so great and made it easy for us to get to our Zion ATV tour. The home was perfectly stocked wirh all that we needed..We had 5 adults and 4 kids and we all had plenty of space and slept great. Connie & Roger were truly the best hosts and went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable and memorable. Our kids were sad to leave but we will all have lasting memories of this wonderful experience!

Connie is one of the most gracious hosts I have encountered. This was one of our first stays with Vrbo but have used other vacation rental companies for many years. This place was so quaint and welcoming, and offered such complete accommodations that it was like coming home.

It was such a treat to experience staying at Pinky's place. It was cozy, and has the comfortable feeling like staying at gramma's place. Her artwork is so lovely and you can see that Connie takes such pride in her place Thank yoi so much!

We had a fantastic week hiking Bryce and Zion. What a treat it was to come back to this adorable house at night to rest up. Cozy, clean, spacious, and just the perfect driving distance between the parks. Hoping to get the chance to come back to Utah, and would definitely stay here again.
