The apartment is decorated with his oil paintings, drawings and sketches as well as photographs taken by the current owner, who is Bartolini's descendant and an artist in his own right. brAt this house, you’ll be welcomed as a traveller -- even a member of the family -- and never an anonymous tourist. brThe apartment is situated on the upper two floors of a traditional stone-built house dating from the Middle Ages. brbrThe Second Floor hosts a formal living room dedicated to Bartolini's memory and decorated with his paintings and drawings, as well as lovely 19th-century antiques. The 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 single) are connected by a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have fine views.brbrThe Third Floor has a dining-room with a table for four, and it leads out to a balcony with beautiful views over the hills to the south and west. Directly in front of the apartment is a small piazza where you can stop to unload your bags. And only a few metres down the road there is unlimited and secure free parking. The apartment is a successful combination of modernity with ancient elements: the large beams harmonize with the elegant gray slab floor; modernity approaches the severe stones of the bastion of the medieval tower, which faces obliquely into the back wall of the living room.
