The San Martino holiday home has two separate apartments on two floors rented together to one family or group. The pool is shared with the smaller house Martinino.br The ground floor has a lovely terrace in front of the house, looking down over the swimming pool (fenced, so ideal for young children) and the beautiful green valley below. One enters the kitchen with a fridge, freezer, 4 pit cooker, dishwasher and oven. There is one double bedroom and one bathroom with a shower. This ground floor apartment is suitable for less able users. Somebody in a wheelchair can enter without steps and doors are wider, but the shower has a shower cabin. There is a foldable chair in the shower.br At the side of the house, an external staircase leads up to the first floor that houses the second apartment. The whole front of the first floor has a panoramic balcony. From the kitchen, you can enter the terrace and also from one of the bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms (one double, one with a double and a single bed and one single) and two bathrooms with a shower upstairs. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, 4 pit cooker and oven.br There is a washing machine at the back of the house. Alsothe guests of Martinino will use this washing machine.brThere is a barbecue and a pizza oven.
