The farmhouse built from a project by a well-known Italian architect with quality and recycled materials and furnished with luxury appliances equipped with all comforts and an alarm system, fully air-conditioned and perfectly integrated into the landscape, consists of an internal surface of about 220 square meters divided as follows: Raised ground floor: Entrance, very bright living room with fireplace and living area, relaxation area / study, large open kitchen with wood-burning barbecue, bathroom, hallway and pantry room. The pool area is equipped with sunbeds and is fully fenced (useful for families with young children). Next to the pool there is also a bowling field. Between the pool area and the villa there are different trees that provide enough shadow to relax. The lawn in front of the villa is equipped with garden toys/swing/slide, comfortable deckchairs, table & chairs. There are also a ping pong table, table football & 6 mountain bikes.
