The part of the garden which is on the same level as the house features a large, furnished portico for outdoor dinners which overlooks the lake and is right next to the kitchen and dining room, as well as an outdoor living room and children’s games (basketball hoop, table football, 5-a-side football goal), the swimming pool, measuring 8x4 and with a depth of 1.20 metres, complete with gazebo with table and chairs, sunbeds, a large beach umbrella, outdoor shower. The entire outdoor area is well maintained.
