Villa in Todi, superb views, private pool, maid service, trattoria 5 mins walk

We really loved the villa! We were there with all our family, 14 people, to celebrate our silver wedding. There were 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms over 2 floors, it was very well equipped, great aircon in every room (vital as it was 38 degrees outside). The pool was lovely if in need of updating, but that's a small gripe. The outside dining area was lovely with splendid views of the surrounding hills. All in all a fabulous place for our needs.

A neat and comfortable house with everything you need for a lovely vacation. The pool was a blessing in the hot weather. The air conditioning was wonderful on the hottest days. Every bedroom had a bathroom. Linen was super clean and towels were changed weekly. Mila was the Most wonderful liaison, giving us wonderful tips and guidance. The kitchens and fridges were great for keeping all the groceries fresh. Would recommend this wonderful place for amazing local scenery and access to Todi. From 12 years old to 75 everyone loved our time at the Villa. 13 people were well accommodated. We dreaming of our return!most

The property is wonderful with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, even 2 seperate kitchens and plenty of family room space. The highlight is the pool, that we thoroughly enjoyed, towels were sufficiently provided. The location is half an hour away from restaurants and/or supermarkets. The surrounding is quite hilly, but wonderful to enjoy. The 2 main issues we enocuntered was that there was a huge amount of ants outside of the house, and made it also inside the house, even though Mila helped a lot of trying to prevent that. We had daily trouble in nearly all the rooms due to the cracks in the floors and walls, where the insects came through. The second issue was the amounts of wasps (we had three nests on the property), which was suboptimal for little kids and baby for us.

We had a lovely time with no problems.Property was excellent and location was delightful. Would gladly return.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location or villa for our family trip to Umbria. We were a total of 9 with varying needs and our stay in Todi checked all the boxes. We loved exploring Todi (highly recommend dining at Enoteca Oberdan!), Assisi, and Civita. Some in our group also did a day trip to Rome via the Terri train station (approximately 35 minutes away). We enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchens and taking in the beautiful views of the Umbrian hills while we dined. Couldn’t have asked for a better time.

We had a very nice time in the beautiful villa. The view was stunning, the air-condition was a blessing in the hot weather. Mila was always very friendly and helpful.

We were a group of 11 adults and 2 kids younger than 2 years of age and we had a marvellous stay in the house. All the 7 rooms were very comfortable and air-conditioned. The house was clean and the kitchens well-equipped. The house was situated beatifully. All in all a very positive experience. Thank you.

Beautiful location and view; garden and pool very well maintained . A/C brilliant, WiFi and hot water a little patchy. Lovely outdoor dining area: host very helpful. Unfortunately the local restaurant was shut but Todi had great restaurants and easy 15 min drive. We felt very well looked after .

Everything went well, the house big and comfortable for large groups and the host was always available. When we arrived check in was easy and we found the house clean, but had some problems with insects, which is quite normal considering we are in the countryside! The only problems we had were with WIFI that did not work, and sometimes the electricity having a low kw we had to go next door to reset...
