The neighbourhood is the Contrada Imperiale della Giraffa and is probably one of the most remarkable medieval districts of Siena, inhabited exclusively by locals and exuding a very special flair.brbrThe main shopping street Banci di Sopra is only about 200 metres away and all the sights within the city walls, shops, restaurants, bars, public transport and nightlife can be easily reached on foot. It is therefore not absolutely necessary to have your own car.brFrom the railway station it is only about 5 to 10 minutes by taxi, and the central bus station Via La Lizza is also only about 4-5 minutes away on foot.brbrIf you are travelling by car, the nearest public car park is San Francesco, which can be easily reached on foot via several escalators from Piazza San Francesco in just a few minutes.brbrThe flat was renovated just a few years ago with great attention to detail.
