A short walk down the hill will lead you straight to the water and community fishing pier. The pier is lighted and has electricity along the full length of 164 feet. There is a private swimming pool for all the cottages that overlooks Aransas Bay. Guests also have access to a shaded pavilion with picnic tables, so you can grill up your best catch from the day! This is also the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy the weather. You will feel at peace while taking a stroll and enjoying the unique scenery around this home. This is also a pet friendly home with a fully fenced back yard so your dog can enjoy the beautiful Rockport weather too!
