Guests will have access to the garage.br➤ On the left side of the living room is the hallway to all 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.br➤ 3 of the 4 bedrooms are fitted with queen beds.br➤ One of these bedrooms is the master bedroom. It has its own TV, dedicated work area and private bathroom.br➤ The 4th bedroom is fitted with two twin beds.br➤ Both bathrooms have a combo tub/shower.br➤ Guests are allowed to bring 2 pets (There is an additional $50 pet fee billed separately)brbr➤ The Front door has an electronic smart lock, so no physical keys are needed to get checked in! We will provide the 4-digit code with the check-in instructions before arrival, If there are any issues, we'll be able to unlock or lock it remotely.brbrARRIVING: Go to the front door and enter your guest-specific 4-digit code. You're welcome to access your personal subscription services like Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, Prime Video, and others. Just remember to sign out of your accounts before checkout to ensure the privacy of your subscriptions for future guests.br brSMOKING: We are a NON-SMOKING property. If there is evidence of smoking on our property, there will be a $750 fine and you will be asked to leave the property without a refund.br brPETS: For approved pets, there is a $50 pet fee that covers up to 2 small dogs (under 50 lbs). 2 pets are the limit. Guests are required to pick up after their dogs. If unapproved pets are brought, there will be a $250 fee per unapproved animal.br brEVENTS: Events are allowed, but only up to the maximum occupancy of the property (11 people). Any more than that is considered a party. No parties allowed.
