Completely remodeled 1 bedroom guest house, close to TTU and Hospitals

This is the cutest place. Kimberly made sure our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend. So much nicer than a hotel, its private and quite. Perfect parking. If you are here to visit Texas Tech or for any other reason to be in Lubbock, stay here!

House was very clean and updated. Short drive to the college. No Ice maker. There was a bag of ice in the freezer but may have been from previous guest.

Very nice attached apartment. Even though it's attached to the house, it doesn't feel like it. It still feels private. The hosts did a great job decorating and furnishing the place. They made great use of the space. Plenty of perks like coffee, water and snacks! We loved it!

We had a great stay in this newly renovated place. It's in a great location near campus and is perfect for couples. Staying on property with the owners, yet having complete privacy made us feel like we were welcome in the neighborhood and not tourists. A few extras like a huge coffee selection for the Keurig, toiletries, ice and a jar of snacks really added to the homie feeling and made this a perfect retreat for the weekend.

Absolutely loved this quaint place! So close to all the things, including Tech. The bed was so comfortable, in fact I actually looked under the sheets to take note of the make of the mattress as needed for my future bed 😬. The house was super clean and had all the amenities you could imagine. Will definitely go back there when visiting our son during his college stay.

Stayed at this little place before and was so good we came back! Some things we noticed this stay that didnt mention last time were: soft water (not like your normal Lubbock water!), Lighted vanity was perfect for getting ready. Super nice Keurig even had iced tea options. Neighborhood was very safe and nice. Felt very secure the whole time. Nice quiet street even allowed sleeping in a little one morning.

We went up for my son's graduation. Finding a place to stay was a challenge. The guest house we stayed in was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed and were looking for. The owners were very friendly and clearly communicated all of the information we needed for the stay. It was one of the best parts of our visit.

We rolled in on a hot Friday afternoon with the truck and car loaded for Texas Tech move in the next day. We were greeted by the owners and asked if we needed anything. It is such a cute little cottage on the back of their beautiful home. It was just a quick drive to campus for move in. The cottage was super clean, decorated perfectly and we loved it. We will be back for sure!

Great one bedroom in the safe and quiet rush neighborhood. So convenient to LCU AND Tech. Great for a quick stay with all the comforts of home. Host was thoughtful and responsive. We will stay there again!
