A $500 fine will be charged if smoking is detected.br4. **No Parties:** Parties or events are not allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood, and hosting parties is against VRBO policy.br5. **Guests:** Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Notify the host if the guest count exceeds 8; additional fees will apply per extra guest.br6. **Quiet Hours:** Quiet time is after 10 P.M. Please respect the neighbors and avoid any disturbances. Failure to comply may result in termination of your stay.br7. **Dining:** Please enjoy your meals in the dining room. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Guests will be responsible for any stains or damages caused by food or drinks.br8. **Trash:** Guests are responsible for their trash. Place trash in the large bin outside the house.
