These record 24/7. There are absolutely NO cameras inside the house.br• Boat & PWC Policy: You may bring your own V-hull boat (up to 24' and under 6,000 pounds) or Jet Ski. A signed Dock Usage Agreement and proof of Boater's Liability Insurance are required prior to arrival. Due to our insurance liability, rental boats or jet skis are not permitted for use with our dock.br• Lake Levels: Our location on a point means we typically enjoy water under our dock even when coves dry up. However, water levels can fluctuate due to weather. Our large backyard provides access to the lake with a kayak launch/lake ladder. You will enjoy the large back deck with plenty of lounge areas. There are three bedrooms; two with queen beds and a bunkroom. The bunkroom has four full sized beds that are extra long and designed for adult or children.brbrThe house is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen for great cooking indoors or out. Inside we have a cozy woodburning fireplace and slider patio doors that open completely to provide indoor outdoor living. If you prefer to grill or smoke that awesome Texas brisket, we have you covered with combo grill/smoker with a gas grill on one side and a full wood/charcoal smoker on the other. We have a full set of BBQ tools available.brbrOur backyard provides a firepit with five Adirondack chairs and multiple yard games including giant Jenga, giant connect 4, a football, soccer, and badminton set. Do you enjoy fishing Just walk out on the dock and cast away. In addition we do have a bunk room available with 4 bunkbeds and additional bathroom that can sleep additional guests. Within a few miles there is a recreation center called Whatz Up with bumper cars, go carts, paintball, pin ball machines, and birthday packages available. In nearby Tool, there is a square dancing hall. There are 2 public 9 hole golf courses as well a semi - private one all within 5 to 15 miles of the house.brbrTwo rules that must be obeyed. The first I mentioned about the parking. please no more than five cars in the parking lot. second. no jumping or diving from the seawall. that is dangerous and could end up with broken limbs or a broken neck. All diving and jumping must be from the dock walkway or the dock, past the stairs.

We provide premium mooring whips to keep your boat safe and securely attached to (but not up against) the dock. Our driveway is long enough to park with your trailer attached. No boat No worries! We have a kayak you can use, and you can fish and swim off the dock. There is a large back yard to throw a ball around, have a picnic, and grill. brbrEat: We have a fully furnished kitchen and a grill outside with plenty of places inside (4 at the bar, 6 at the table, 3 at the bar table) and outside (4 at the table, 4 patio chairs) to eat. The pantry has some of the basics. We have a 'take some, leave some' policy, so check with us before you buy oil, salt/pepper, etc. brbrEvening: After enjoying a day in the sun, you can relax inside with board games and a brand new 60 smart TV with internet access for Netflix, Hulu and Prime Video. Or just sit on the patio and enjoy an amazing sunset! There's also a large heater on the deck for you to sit under on those unexpected cooler Texas nights. brbrSleep: You can comfortably sleep up to 6 people at our lake house. We have one bedroom with a queen bed and another with a king and bunk beds. If needed, the couch in the living room is very deep and comfortable, perfect for napping.
