Stayed May 30, 2025The house was cute and comfy beds. The house FLOODED from rain while we were there. We were required to clean the mess and deal with the awful musty smell from the saturated carpet. Owner offered partial refund, but we have not received it. We also left a go pro and charger at the house. I tried to get it the SAME day as check out, but was told I couldn’t. They promised to mail it to me and I still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed SEVERAL about my issues with no response or help. I have allowed plenty of time to remedy the situation.

Stayed May 1, 2025Our stay was for Canton First Monday weekend with the girls. This was the perfect location for us and a nice, relaxing place to return to after a long day of shopping. The house was clean, great linens on the beds, recently updated and had a very nice outdoor space. We will stay here again. The hosts were very responsive in the days leading up to our arrival.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024Upon check in, the gate was not functioning properly. I reached out to the host and was replied very quickly however, they were already aware that the gate was broken. They should've given me the heads up ahead of time since we communicated a couple days before. Plumbing issues were second. The toilet in the guest bathroom was not flushing properly. I also reached out to the host about it and they said they had a plumber that cancelled on them so they also knew about it... But they did get a plumber to come by the next day. He replaced a part and also looked at the garbage disposal because it was backing up when we ran the dishwasher and the faucet at the sink. Lastly, we did notice a broken window in the garage when we first checked in. WE also mentioned that to the host and they did not awknowledge it. It does have a new ping pong table and washer and dryer in the garage, however there were a ton a spiders in there. Our kids had fun counting them, as I used the broom to clean up the ones I can reach. They counted over 12! Pros: The inside of the house was very clean and there were plenty of linens and dishes available. No bugs inside, thank god. There were a lot of spiders out on the patio and dock. Home could use a good power washing, however I do understand that its the middle of June, so its bug season. However, a good pest control service could help. The wasps have a pretty large nest too. Home was close to amenities and stores, was a plus!
