You will be close to shopping and eateries - so whether you plan to experience Galveston's culinary adventures or save money by cooking in (some or all of your meals) it's convenient from this central Seawall Boulevard Location.brbrThe Victorian condominium complex – like almost every condominium complex and hotel in Galveston, charges a parking/resort/amenity fees. This is not a charge from My Galveston Getaway and is paid directly to the complex upon your arrival. They will issue a parking permit and may issue wristbands that identify guests who are authorized at the complex. They will also provide guests with the codes for the gates to enter the property - both drive-through and walk through, pools, hot tubs, fitness center and the WiFi code which is changed monthly. It is a complex-wide WiFi system. The charge is $35 + tax and includes up to 2 parking permits. This is for stays that are up to 7 consecutive nights in duration. For stays of 8-31 days it is $70 + tax, and for extended stays it is $70 + tax per month. We are unable to collect this in advance and pay it to the Victorian on your behalf. We don’t get to make the rules, we just play by them!brbrThere are several pay-per-use laundry facilities at the Victorian, these accept credit and debit cards as methods of payment.br brMany of our owners have switched out to “Smart” TV’s – so bring your login information with you to sign in to your own subscription services, and don’t forget to log-out before leaving.brbrThe Victorian complex does not allow renters to have a pet – so if you travel with Fido or Fifi – please check out the other My Galveston Getaway managed properties that ARE dog friendly. This is a onetime fee during your stay, not a daily fee. No wristbands are required to enjoy the beautiful beaches at Pointe West this fee is only for use of pools, fitness center, and other amenities. A reservation has been made in your name for your rental period at Pointe West. The wristbands are available at the Beach Club reception every day during business hours (9-5 off season, 9-6 peak season).
