The real gem to this property is the location. The home is a corner lot at 43rd and avenue R 1/2 which is about six (short) blocks to the seawall, this means it's about a ten minute walk to the beach. Also, near by is the famous local eatery call Shrimp N Stuff at 3901 Avenue O. I highly recommend it for anyone who is interested in great fried seafood fare and awesome gumbo.
