Please collect all trash, bag it, and place it into the city trash bin located at the back of the house. There will be a $25 charge if this rule is not followed.brbr14. Events: If the Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from the Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.brbr16. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way.
