The Adobe BCS - 1.0 Mile to Campus - Sleeps 15

Property was very unique. We were disappointed with foul smell, cockroach infestation. It was very difficult to enjoy the unique character of the property. It was so bad that most of our party left to stay in a nearby hotel. The cost was 1800 per night since it was a graduation at A&M. It definitely did not meet our expectations.

House was great! Felt like we were in Mexico but in College Station. Such a unique find. The courtyard and game room made it even better. It is advertised as being able to use a garage but you can’t. The game room is in the garage. The house also has a creosote smell but you get used to it after awhile. It is close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood.

House had plenty of activities. Host was responsive.

It was very spacious for my family! The game room was so fun! We had everything we needed.

Family came in for Ring day with our Aggie, perfect and charming home that fit all our needs.

The stay was great over all nest thermostat was very difficult to use and back bedroom got warm over night for some reason Kitchen was scarcely supplied and did not have the kurig coffee maker that was in the photos Also had some critters throughout the house that made an appearance while the lights were out But other than those few things we really enjoyed the house and also really like the unique aesthetic Thank you for yalls hospitality!

Everything was really clean great for family

I myself enjoyed the house. I loved the smell. Took me back to my childhood. My wife & children thought it was spooky. Aside from that it was a good time. I only wish the backyard had a fence for privacy but we were unbothered so it didn’t matter much anyway. Communication with property manager was fast & efficient so I greatly appreciate it.

Rooms were clean, good location, garage area was cool, neighborhood was safe and quiet.

Love the unique structure. Well kept for its 60 years. Comfortable beds… Fun garage game room. Didn’t get to the hot tub but it was ready for us. Great location in College station

We came for a weekend getaway with our family of 8, ages 2-49. We stayed 2 nights and went to someAggie baseball and softball games. This house was the perfect size and location. There were beds for everyone and activities to keep us busy and engaged with one another during our down time. We would happily stay here again

The house was sized right for our family. Overall it was a comfortable stay for the weekend trip. The one issue we could not overcome was a foul smell from the kitchen and dining area. Other than the air quality issues, the house if very nice and comfortable.

We had a sporting event for the kids and found this super sweet home to stay in so we could all be together and not in a hotel room. They kids played in the game room, we all had space we needed. Thanks to Taylor for hosting!
