Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property. Please collect all trash, bag it, and place it into the city garbage bin location in the garage. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.brbr11. Fires & Grill: Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. There is not currently a grill available for use.brbr12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (e.g., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, etc.).brbr13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property. Please collect all trash, bag it, and place it into the city garbage can. There will be a $25 charge if this rule is not followed.brbr14. Secure the Property: Close and lock all windows, close blinds, and lock all doors. Contact the Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.brbr15. Events: If the Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from the Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.brbr16. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.brbr17. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest in case of emergency. The cozy bedrooms are complemented by 3 full bathrooms. Enjoy cooking with new, high end kitchen appliances and outdoor grills.. Whether you're here for an Aggie football game (15 Minutes from Kyle Field), sports tournament, wedding (adjacent to Peach Creek Ranch) or anything else, this home offers convenience of location, privacy, stunning country setting and spaces for people to both gather and separate. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Bring a pole if you like to fish! Owners live on property. Far enough away for privacy but close enough to address any issue promptly. We love this home. The location is quiet, secluded, and beautiful, yet its only about a 10-12 minute drive to the city and campus. brbrThe house is extremely spacious and very clean. We had 10 people and everyone had plenty of space. There were tv’s in every room!brbrThe kitchen is amazing with everything you need to cook your own meals. The living room is huge and a great place to watch the game or play games with the family.brbrAll the home appliances are top notch. The kids really enjoyed the bunkbed room.brbrIt has a fenced backyard with nice grass to play on with plenty of space to eat outside. The beds are very comfortable and the place smells really nice.brbrThe owner is just down the street and is super friendly and easy to work with.
