As a locally owned and operated company, we give you peace of mind that your reservations are always protected and secure!brbrThe property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.brGuest MUST digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in. Booking guest must be 25 years or older to reserve and digitally sign the Booking Agreement.brbr1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or Booking Agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.brbr2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.brbr3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $200 will be retained from your deposit plus $50 per person.brbr4. Guest Responsibilities: All the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.brbr5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses, as parties are prohibited.brbr6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property and do not take outdoor furniture inside of the property.brbr7. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at this property. A $200 non-refundable pet fee is required. Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties ONLY if the Booking Agent and Homeowners agree prior to booking. If any pets are found in the properties without a previous agreement, the Guest will be fined $200, and the booking will be terminated. brbr8. Parking: Parking is allowed on the driveway. brbr9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you may be billed for additional cleaning time.brbr10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.brbr11. Fires & Grill (if applicable): Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. A grill is available for use in the backyard. Please put it back in its original position and clean it after each use. You may use the firepit only when a burn ban is not in place.brbr12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (e.g., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, etc.).brbr13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property. Please collect all trash, bag it, and place it into the city garbage can. There will be a $25 charge if this rule is not followed.brbr14. Secure the Property: Close and lock all windows, close blinds, and lock all doors. Please return the key to the “cave” to its position on the hook by the door in the kitchen. Contact the Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.brbr15. Events: If the Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from the Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.brbr16. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.brbr17. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest in case of emergency. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.

All devices are on the exterior of the property.brGuest MUST digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in. Booking guest must be 25 years or older to reserve and digitally sign the Booking Agreement.brbr1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or Booking Agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.brbr2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.brbr3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $200 will be retained from your deposit plus $50 per person.brbr4. Guest Responsibilities: All the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.brbr5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses, as parties are prohibited.brbr6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property and do not take outdoor furniture inside of the property.brbr7. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at this property. A $200 non-refundable pet fee is required. Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties ONLY if the Booking Agent and Homeowners agree prior to booking. If any pets are found in the properties without a previous agreement, the Guest will be fined $200, and the booking will be terminated. brbr8. Parking: Parking is allowed in the driveway. brbr9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you may be billed for additional cleaning time.brbr10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.brbr11. Fires & Grill (if applicable): Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. A grill is available on the property. Please put it back in its original position and clean it after each use. You may use the firepit only when a burn ban is not in place.brbr12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (e.g., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, etc.).brbr13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property. Please collect all trash, bag it, and place it into the city garbage bin by the side of the property. There will be a $25 charge if this rule is not followed.brbr14. Secure the Property: Close and lock all windows, close blinds, and lock all doors. Contact the Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.brbr15. Events: If the Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from the Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.brbr16. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.brbr17. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest in case of emergency. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.
