This house has everything you need for a great stay!brbrMain living areas are open and spacious with great light and an amazing deck overlooking the creek and greenbelt trail.brbrThe whole house is yours. For an extra fee we can give you the garage too.brbrYou'll be given a code to the door before you arrive. Reach out if you need us otherwise just enjoy yourself!brbrThis is a great family oriented neighborhood and this house is a gem right on the trail leading to one of Austin's best parks and fishing ponds.brbrYou'll need a car or uber but if you want to avoid downtown traffic the Howard Station for the Metro rail is only a mile away.brbrNo crazy parties please. If you get loud when you drink please do your drinking down at 6th street and then Uber home and go to bed!brbrWe do a good basic cleaning before each guest and occasional deep cleaning (under furniture, in cabinets, under rugs, on fans etc etc). If you would like to make sure the property has been deep cleaned before your trip please let us know at least a week ahead of time so we can arrange it. We would ask for an additional $99 cleaning fee for the white glove cleaning service. Regardless, we ask that you communicate with us immediately if there is anything unsatisfactory about the property when you arrive so we can have the cleaner come over as quickly as possible.brbrFor pets we ask that you let us know about each of your pets and tell us stuff like whether they shed, if they chew, if they are not fully potty trained, and if you will be leaving them in a crate when you leave. For shorter stays we ask for a $200 deposit per pet and we normally double that for longer stays (more than a week). Half of the deposit is refundable if the cleaners don't feel like they need to do a deeper clean to deal with hair, urine, smells etc and there isn't any pet damage.
