Our two acre woodsy property with beautiful pool and spa is perfectly setup to rent to two families at once! We are also in a fabulous location near everything, yet feel like you are out in the country! Only 11 miles from downtown Austin and 15mi. from the airport, but with barbecue and breweries/wineries/distilleries and movie theaters and wedding venues within a 5 minute drive, you may never go downtown. We have the main house with 3bdrms and 2 full baths and then attached below that we have a unique downstairs 1000sqft guest house that sleeps four with one bedroom, full bath and also another kitchen and family room just for that unit and even another private entrance! Perfect if you want to stay with family or friends but not be right on top of each other and have some more space. Multiple patios and decks to dine on and lots of beautiful open space to enjoy each other’s company as well. Gorgeous updates thru out the whole entire home. We use this home as our own personal residence so we take excellent care of this property. We built the downstairs basement apartment to accommodate my parents when they come to visit since they travel a lot. We live in a very quiet neighborhood so if you are wanting to have a party or play loud music at night, this is NOT the right place for that and you will be asked to leave and cancelled immediately. If you are looking to relax with loved ones and be surrounded by nature then this is perfect for you! We can only accommodate a max of ten people total at any time because we are on a smaller septic tank. We are near everything yet feel like we are out in the country! brThe upstairs main home has 3 bedrooms. One is a queen, one is a full and the master has a king size bed. We also have a full size crib. It also has 2 full baths, a great charming kitchen looking out to the beautiful yard with big bright windows and a family room that feels like a tree house up a few stairs overlooking the entire yard. The downstairs guest home is beautiful as well, the one bedroom features a queen size bed and the family room has a pull out queen size cabinet murphy bed. Very comfy and not like a sofa bed where you feel springs in your back! It also has a separate full bath, kitchen, dining and family room in the downstairs guest home as well. Views all around as both homes have extensive windows and patios to look upon nature!
