This space is perfect for groups and the ideal home base for your bachelorette or birthday celebration. Only 2.5 blocks from East 6th, and minutes from downtown, UT, the Capital, and much of Austin.brbrThis designer gated 2 story home is well-suited for families and large groups. The first floor features an open floor layout that flows into the back yard and outdoor dining area. There is also a bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a half bathroom.brbrUpstairs we have a movie room with a large screen, surround sound, and a popcorn maker. The movie room has a pullout couch as well fold-down futon sofa. There is a bedroom with a king-size bed and a fold-down futon sofa and an en-suite bathroom, The other bedroom features 2 queen over queen bunk beds, and one more full bathroom. We also have portable mattresses if you have an extra large group and everyone needs their own place to sleep.brbrWe have a private backyard and an upstairs patio with a propane fire pit. Right next door (150 feet) there is also a lovely park with a large public pool that is free to access. The pool is open during the summer from 1-8 pm every day except Thursday. There is also a free fitness center and air conditioning indoor basketball court in the facility that is open Monday through Friday. As well as an outdoor volleyball and basketball court that is always open. We have 110 outlet in the garage if you need to charge your EV overnight, and we are looking to install a 220 in the near future so if that's important to you check back with us.brbrbrHOUSE RULESbrbr1. Rule #1: Have fun!!! We want you to have the best time ever in Austin—whether you're here for work, play, or anything in between!brbr2.
