This beautiful poolside unit in a quiet gated community, completely renovated in June 2019, is located just steps from the beautiful beach of Port Royal Sound. This first floor condo has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, vinyl plank floors, all new appliances and is just a very short walk to the beach. The bathroom has quartz countertop and a tub & shower combo. You'll find two flat screen TVs (one with streaming options), washer/dryer, dishwasher and free WiFi in condo and on resort grounds. We provide all the soaps, towels, linens & paper products for you. You'll even find beach towels, beach toys and beach chairs for your use.brbrbrPARKING PASSES FOR RESERVATIONS RECEIVED AFTER AUGUST 31st will no longer have this fee added as part of what you pay through VRBO.
