The house is very clean and comfortable. Worth every penny. Jim and Sebastian are very helpful and respond quickly to any questions you may have. Food in nearby Playa Blanca was fantastic and so was in Puerto Jimenez. La Palma has a very decent grocery store in case you want to cook your own brbrCasa de las Ranas was incredible! You will feel completely immersed in the jungle there. It’s perfect for a Nature-lover. We saw SO many animals in the backyard — lizards, turtles, herons, toucans, scarlet macaws, and countless other birds! The trail behind the house is super fun to take. Kathrin communicated with us throughout our stay and she always had AMAZING recommendations. If you stay here, I encourage you to do a guided tour in Corcovado National Park (Kathrin has guides she recommends). This was a truly unique & unforgettable experience
