Costa Rica vacation rentals: there are hundreds to choose from. Yet we are told again and again that Casa Linda and our other bamboo beach houses are exceptional. So if you're ready to take a walk on the wild side, this is the place! This Costa Rica beach rental offers nature lovers an ideal vacation. It sits on a beautiful beach, in the rainforest, on the coast of the Osa Peninsula. This unique setting lets you experience the true Costa Rica, one of the most amazing areas on earth; relax on the beach; and enjoy countless natural wonders. All this while keeping you comfortable and secure in a private rental house on the beach. At Casa Linda the ocean waves lull you to sleep and the roar of the howler monkeys awaken you to a glorious sunrise over the Golfo Dulce (Sweet Gulf). A pristine beach is literally steps away, and the rainforest and wildlife are all around. If you love nature in all its wild beauty, this is the place for you.

After visiting vacation rentals around the country, Lonely Planet's Costa Rica recommends Casa Linda as a place to stay. Men's Journal touts Casa Linda in its review of Costa Rica vacation homes in its vacation guide cover story How to Rent a Dream House Anywhere: Your Own Private Resort. It says: “For the jungle experience, visit the Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica’s wild southern appendage. Its few paved roads lead to tiny fishing villages, like Cabo Matapalo, where you’ll find unspoiled beaches and rental houses like Casa Linda on a plot of pristine rainforest teeming with monkeys.” The Denver Post Travel section featured Casa Linda in an article about Costa Rica, the Osa Peninsula and Matapalo. The Fine Living Channel included Casa Linda in its program Around the World in Eighty Houses, which focused on remarkable vacation houses throughout the world, including Casa Linda. The Sunday Post of Scotland, an international publication, featured an article by a Casa Linda guest about her vacation with us.

Our Costa Rica beach house rentals offer:

A perfect location: right on a gorgeous beach (and near several others), with a spectacular view, in the rainforest, surrounded by abundant wildlife and scenery.
A handcrafted, clean and safe vacation rental home, from which to enjoy your fantastic surroundings.
Many activities for the whole family.
Three other bamboo rentals, equally wonderful.
When natives of Costa Rica greet each other, they often say “Pura Vida,” or pure life. When you visit Casa Linda, you’ll truly understand what this means.

We enjoyed a week at Casa Linda and were delighted with all aspects of our stay. Manager William was outstanding. We would definitely stay again!

Casa Linda is quite simply a wonderful place to stay. Rustic luxury is probably the best way to describe it. It’s a beautifully designed house with a full kitchen with solar-powered refrigeration, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are fans throughout the house, including inside the mosquito-netted beds. The ocean sounds and the wake-up calls of the Howler Monkeys remind you where you are every morning. The on-site manager, William, serves as local wildlife guide and will point out birds and other resident animals in the trees.

The property was incredible. The house was spotless when we arrived. Super clean furniture, spotless kitchen appliances, pots, dishes, cups silverware etc. Very clean towels sheets, pillows etc. The view was spectacular. Lots of wildlife to see and hear. You could see whales from the porch balcony, macaws, variety of monkeys, song birds, turtles, agouti, coati, morpho azul etc.. It was an amazing experience. The place was comfortable and relaxing. Everything you need was there. It was an escape from the real world into paradise. William was exceptional. He made sure we were comfortable and made himself available at all moments. He also took us on tours and helped with tracking animals along the way. The property is very peaceful and full of beautiful trees and flowering shrubs. We enjoyed walking around daily. The beach was amazing. The waves were fun and we spent a good amount of time there everyday. Our son even got to surf. We can't wait to visit again.

Casa Linda was heaven. So simple and easy. We lead hectic lives, to being able to unplug and be easeful feels like the ultimate luxury nowadays. The house is wonderful, simple and stylish. Well maintained, peaceful and surrounded by incredible nature. We loved how thorough and detailed Kirk's information packages were ahead of time. Super helpful and informative. Would definitely highly recommend to anyone looking to get off the grid and reconnect with the essentials!

Thanks Kirk, Another great getaway for our men's retreat. The bonus was that we got a great swell this year. The guys had a blast out in the water. We look forward to coming back again next year. Thank you!

I have stayed here at Casa Linda twice. The beach is steps away from the house via a private path. The house comes with everything you need except food. Great for families or surfers! Oh, and the view from the patio is epic.

I have stayed twice at this house. You really can't get closer to the water. There is a short private path to the beach, and the out door patio has a view of the surf. The house comes with everything you need except food. Great for surfers or families!

We went to Peninsula de Osa with no indications of places to stay. We stopped at the only local restaurant and ask a local tourist guide if he knew a good place to spend the night. Well local people usually know what the are talking about. Casa Linda is just one of the best places I've been so far. The house is beautiful and located on the best spot of the area. It has everything you need, good shower, hot water, nice beds. I would totally recommend to anyone who visits the Peninsula. The owner, Kirk, is a great guy and received us very well, and so did Leda. They made our experience even better. We ended spending more time there then we planned! Thank you very much for the experience. Rodrigo.
