Airy Casino, The Crossings Premium Outlets and tons of hiking trails.brTo access to Club amenities you must get a temporary family membership through their website, more info at end of description.br--brThe Burrow is located across the street from the lake, with watercraft access point 2 doors down and a lake beach just a 5 minute walk (or 1 minute drive to the parking lot).brGuests will have full access to the house and yard, as well as access to the shed with Kayak and Stand-Up Paddleboard.brThere is a semi-circle driveway for multiple cars.brThis mid-century modern bent twig chalet has a retro décor but with all the modern conveniences. It's a small space that is well laid out and feels much bigger.br--br- KITCHEN: Recently renovated kitchen has quartz countertops and tile floors, gas oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with water dispenser and automatic ice cube tray. All new appliances! Also features a raised breakfast bar with 4 stools and a dining table with 6 chairs. br- The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, dishes, mugs, silverware, pots, pans, mixing bowls and other cooking utensils (knives, spatulas, turners, whisks, measuring cups/spoons, etc). Mr.Coffee 12-cup Coffee Maker, Keurig Machine and French Press (as well as coffee, pods and filters to start you off). 4-slice toaster, blender, waffle-maker, crockpot and cooking basics (paper towels, olive oil, salt/pepper, sugar, various spices).br- Plenty of outlets for appliances as well as USB charging docks.br- Washer and Dryer tucked under the stairs beside the kitchen.brbr- LIVING AREA: carpeted, open floor plan allows for easy gathering. The Chabin is a charming, Lake Front cabin/chalet nestled on a 2 acre property in the woods. A private path (100 feet) leads you to Deer Trail Lake. The Chabin is a unique mix of a mountain serenity and convenience. Less than two hours from both New York City and Philadelphia!brThe cabin is close to three of the Pocono’s main ski resorts, also close to the Crossings Premium Outlets and 10 minutes from the Kalahari Resort and 15 minutes from H2OOO. brFIRST FLOORbrThe first floor features a kitchen, dining area (seats 8-12), living room with fireplace, den (with flat screen TV and Queen pull-out), sun/breakfast room, full bath, laundry and screened in porch. Outside deck features picnic table, seating, grill and chimera. Home has WiFi, VCR and flat screen (with cable).brSECOND FLOORbrThe second floor features a large, private Master Bedroom with King Bed. The three other bedrooms on the 2nd floor share a vaulted ceiling (but have high walls). These rooms include the “Clubhouse” which has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds) plus 2 secret hideout areas for kids. A second room as a full bed and a third room has a twin and a crib. There is a full bathroom with shower/tub. Linens are provided. (Also note that there is a Queen pullout in the den…which also has pocket doors so it can be a private area at night-time).brOUTSIDEbrThe cabin is nestled in the greenbelt and backs up to Deer Trail Beach! In the summers, enjoy sunning, swimming, canoeing and fishing. Enjoy hiking, playing and relaxing on the 2 acre wooded property. A fire pit near the back deck is great for late night s’mores! After a snowfall, you can cross country ski right out the back door.
