Upstairs is our family room with board games, Sony PlayStation 3, Pool Table, Fireplace and walk out deck to relax and enjoy yourselves. Outside relax in the 7 person Hot Tub or sit by the Fire pit with your favorite beverage. Our home is in a gated community that also offers many weekend family activities in their 4 million dollar clubhouse as well as Boat rentals, Fishing, Playgrounds, 3 Heated Pools (one of which is only 2 blocks away on our street), 4 Beaches, and Tennis Courts. Bed Sheets, Bath and Kitchen Towels are NOT provided, Linen service can be provided by a local company if needed.
