It is first come first serve and shared with other units. There is a shuttle that runs on-call in the summer and continuously in the winter months to transport you to the Seven Springs resort. It is run by Seven Springs and takes less than 10 minutes.brbrWe have a minimum rental age of 25. All bookings are reviewed before confirmation. We are a family environment. No parties allowed at the unit. brbrUnfortunately due to HOA and insurance regulations, the fireplaces are not able to be used by renters. brbrDuring the winter months (December - March), bookings cannot check out/in on Saturdays. You must rent for the entire weekend.

She may be contacted by text, phone, email or vacation site messaging at any time. If she is not available when you call, please leave a message and she will get back to you as soon as possible. For emergencies, there is also a back-up number.brbrGuests may use the swimming pool and sports courts at no additional cost. Whether you're seeking outdoor adventure or just a little R&R, this is the place for you!brbrThe PropertybrAs you walk through the front door of Froggy Top Lodge, you'll be greeted by the beautiful wood work of this authentic log home. A powder room is immediately on your left, and the staircase to the upper floor is immediately on your right. brbrDown the hallway, the home opens up into the living area, kitchen, and dining area. The primary bedroom is also on the left of the living area. The living area is equipped with plenty of seating with its large sofa and two sitting chairs. Guests can enjoy the wood-burning fireplace at their leisure. Firewood is provided and is located on the front porch. brbrThe kitchen and dining areas are well equipped with everything guests should need to cook a meal for a crowd. There is plenty of dining space for all guests (6-8 seats at the dining table and 3-4 seats at the kitchen island).
