Beautiful 6 Bed/4.5 Bath - Close To 7 Springs & Laurel Highlands Attractions

Great property. Greg was fantastic as property manager. Great communication and made check in and check out smooth. Place has everything you need and more. Just book it and enjoy.

This is certainly a spacious home with plenty of room for our group of six. We enjoyed the large table for dining and for card games and the pool table provided hours of entertainment. However, there are areas that require some updating and repair. The only comfortable seating were the kitchen chairs, other seating was older, well used and uncomfortable. All carpeting is threadbare, matted and way beyond a reasonable lifetime. The upper deck needs to be repaired or replaced. Two bathrooms need repair and renovation. Frying pans were badly scratched, rusted and unusable. The outside grounds are reasonably kept however, the exterior could definitely use some TLC (window trim and paint falling off), these items cannot be seen in the listing photos. Lastly, in spite of keeping clean countertops, continual had scores of ants scurrying around on the kitchen counters, as well as, signs of mouse activity found one morning. While a fun place to visit with friends…this VRBO is no where near a five star rating.

This house was fabulous! It had everything that we needed and more! We left feeling like we could have stayed longer because of the amenities the home provided, though we were there 4 days/3 nights! The area was nice and we seen much the area had to offer!! Greg the host was kind and assisted us with any questions, even coming back around on the last day when one of our team locked the door knob and not the keypad!! Anyway, I would highly recommend this house and truly believe we’ll be back soon!

Very nice layout of the house. The outside was also unique and in perfect condition. Overall, I great place to stay in a great location.

We loved our stay!! The house was wonderful!! The kids LOVED the hot tub and the board games. there was plenty of space, gorgeous kitchen, so many bedrooms and WOW the master bedroom and bathroom with cathedral ceilings!! Gorgeous! Also loved the huge deck. And easy 12 min drive to Seven Springs Mountain. Definitely would stay here again!

My group of 8 had a fantastic stay. The open floor plan was unique with bedrooms to spare. The hotub was a welcome sight after a day on the slopes as well as the boot heater. Greg was a great host and was very communicative with our group. He even brought firewood last minute so we could make use of the firepit.We'd definitely stay here again in the future.

House was great! Plenty of space for all of us. Easy access to the slopes.

This house was amazing! Everything was clean. There were enough towels and lots of cooking supplies. Perfect to host a big group!

The house met all our needs for family golf outing, the yard was nice to be able enjoy activities outside, an enjoyed the fire pit at night, would stay again, if in area.

Great layout, plenty of sleeping space, big kitchen (we had multiple cooks going at several points). Close to a lot of things to do, several small grocers within 5 or 10 minutes. Fire pit, outdoor heart, hot tub were very nice.

There were 13 of us (11 adults and 2 toddlers). The kitchen had everything we needed. The appliances were great. The counter top ice maker was liked by all. The outdoor area was wonderful. The hot tub and fire pit were enjoyed by all. The house could use a thorough cleaning for cobwebs, etc. Also the lower living room sofas need replaced. You struggled to get up after sitting. The loft bedroom and the bottom floor bedrooms have no place to put clothing, etc. I would recommend this home. It was great for a large group. There are so many things to do in the area.

Great place for a large group with spacious areas to gather. The place had plenty of items to make you comfortable like games, an ice maker, blankets, and clearly labeled switches. The host was responsive to all messages. I would definitely recommended this place for a family or group of friends looking to spend some time together!

This property is great for a family get together. It has plenty of usable space and is near places that offer various activities for all to consider.

Loved the house and property! Enjoyed games in the backyard followed by s’mores at the fire. Plenty of room for everyone!

The property itself was just what we needed. The downstairs couches are indeed getting older, a bit hard to get out of once you’re in it. The neighbor across the street is an absolute nightmare. He told the property owner we were having a wedding at the house, we were not, we were having family photos taken prior to the wedding that was at an actual venue at a different location. But during that time, we weren’t able to fit all the cars in the driveway. We had two cars parked along the side of the PUBLIC road. The neighbor RUDELY came over during the family photos and harassed us, swore at us with some quite vulgar language until the cars are removed, threatened to call the state police, and bothered the property manager who then reached out to us. Property manager then threatened to have the police escort us from the property. Over two cars along a road and a misunderstanding about the nonexistent event on the premises. Understandable that they don’t want the entire road or their driveway blocked, but neither of those things were the case during our stay.

Perfect for our large group, quite, clean and safe property.

We were six women in our sixties, so we all wanted our own bedroom. Everything was great! Plenty of showers, lose to flight memorial and wineries. Plenty of places to eat in the area. Would definitely recommend:)

The house was plenty big to have room and spread out with different groups of people. The couches do need replaced. But overall, we had a wonderful time. Would love to come back again!

My friends and I had a wonderful girls weekend away in the Laurel highlands. House was very spacious and clean, loved the hot tub. It was only a few minutes from some hiking trails, which we enjoyed late morning after the rain stopped. We would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I stayed at Greg’s house for a wine tour weekend and it was perfect! Beautiful property and huge bedrooms and kitchen. Perfect for our group size. Greg worked with us and made everything easy! Would definitely go back and stay again!

We had a blast. The property was beautiful and so comfortable. Was on my 5 miles or so from the Main Entrance to seven springs.

We loved being so close to the slopes. The house had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy!

We had a wonderful time at Highlands Haven. It was perfect for our family with ages ranging from 8 months to 81. Greg is an excellent host and we loved the location, hot tub, pool table and beautiful home.

This property was perfect for my colleagues and I. We enjoyed the common areas inside and had a nice fire outside in the back yard that is perfect for entertaining. Overall, an excellent stay!
