The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, central air/heat, fully equipped kitchen (no condiments), cable and smart TVs, high-speed Internet, washer/dryer, large river view deck, covered porch, gas grill, and private dock with ladder (ladder/railing removed in the winter). Enjoy seasonal activities- kayaking, fishing in the trout-stocked river, relaxing by the river, rafting (rafts not provided), and swimming. Four kayaks and life vests provided. Sit by the outdoor fireplace in the back and relax under the pavilion. Enjoy the other fireplace and covered swing overlooking the river, and eat and gather around the picnic table.
