It's located in the gated community of Indian Mountain Lake with it's many lakes and activities available seasonally. There is a new hot tub in the cute shack out front and patio dining and firepit for guest use. The lofted entry/living room is filled with cozy seating and a propane fireplace and smart tv with AC in the summer. The kitchen is equipped with everything to cook great meals. The private bedroom is on the first floor and includes one queen bed next to the cabin's only bathroom. The bathroom is newly remodeled with rainfall shower. Upstairs is the cozy loft with 2 with 2 twin beds, a futon couch, and 2 comfy bean bags. The loft also boasts a tv and record player with a limited selection of lp's provided. In the summer, Stand Up Paddleboards are provided for guest use on the lakes.brbrbrbrGuest Access:brbrGuest registration is required in advance to access the cabin through the gated community. Perfect getaway for a family and/or friends. The front of the house has an enclosed porch with a seating area. The back deck has a hot tub and a small and large eating area that leads to the fenced-in pool area. On the side of the house, there is a covered porch with another seating area. There is also a large fenced-in dog area that can be accessed from either the side of the house or the backyard. The backyard offers a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a playset for children. This private property is a setback house off of a local road, with absolutely NO parties, rowdy behavior, or loud groups. My favorite spot of the house is centrally located on the middle level, and is the Great Room. The Great Room offers an open-concept gathering space to maximize the amount of people that can congregate in one area. This flex-space includes the designer kitchen with L-shaped island with bar seating, custom 16-person square dining table, fireplace, and living room area; which includes 3 couches and a high top table for 2. This area also features a huge 65 Smart TV, the entrance to the outdoor deck, and large custom windows (flooding the area with natural light). You can gather the entire family in this area for holiday meals, get-togethers, or Sunday football.brbrEach of the three levels of living space include two bedrooms and one full bathroom. There is a full bathroom located on every single floor of this home. brbrThe first level of TTT offers the Game Room; complete with pool table, custom bar, sectional sofa, and a huge 65 Smart TV. There are smart TVs, 2 enclosed porches, pool table, 2 white-brick rustic fireplaces**, a stainless steel propane BBQ grill**, and more!brbrThe home has lots of space to accommodate up to 10 guests! A large living room with expansive floor to wall ceilings with some ski décor. A dining room table and kitchen island to enjoy meals. The host will send a code at check-in at or before 4pm when possible!brbrThe lake & beach is open starting Memorial Day weekend on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday) until Father's Day weekend then it will be open every day until the end of Labor Day weekend!brbrLocal community regulations have imposed a firepit ban. The firepit will be unavailable for all guests going forward to stay in compliance.brbrFor the summer season (starting Memorial Day weekend), the local community will only issue 8 passes per reservation. Additional guests may purchase amenity access at the local clubhouse for $10 per day, per guest. (2 additional maximum). Each pass is needed per guest to access the local facilities such as the pool, beach/lake, clubhouse, and sporting courts. Community rules do not allow any lost passes to be replaced. Children under the age of 5 do not count towards the maximum pass limit.brbrThere is a garbage disposal site located approximately 6-7 minutes drive from the property. We ask all guests to dispose trash upon checkout.
