Lake is open for fishing with a PA fishing license.brbrOur cabin can sleep comfortably up to 8 guests.brbrWe have a fireplace, game room, hot tub, patio chairs, grill, and more!brbrAn open floor plan between the living room, dining room, and kitchen allows you to spend time with your loved ones. The dining table has seating for 8. We have a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. Our kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen utensils.brbrEach room has its own individual thermostat with baseboard heating. We also have A/C units in each bedroom and one for the common living room. This is amazing in the summertime!brbrThere are three bedrooms. Two upstairs and one downstairs. Each room has a full-size bed. There is also a sofa couch on the loft that folds out.brbrThere are two full bathrooms. Upstairs has a bathtub/shower and the downstairs bathroom has a shower. Please bring your own shower gels and soaps.brbrThe game room is heated. There is a ping pong table, large TV, and lots of fun board games.brOther things to notebrThere are 3 exterior ring cameras outside. One is located at the top left in front of the house. One is located at the top front of the shed. One is located on a tree towards the back of the yard near the shed. These cameras are all visible and are not hidden. We use them for security purposes. There are NO cameras inside of the house.brbrThe minimum age to rent is 25 and the maximum number of occupants is 8. Booking guest must stay at the house. Our house cannot be used as a party house. If at any time security gets called for loudness or disturbance, you will be subject to a $1,000 fine and your trip may be canceled.brbrNo Trash may be left outside at any time of your stay. Trash must be dropped off at the trash/recycle center before you leave. (Will provide address and hours). If any trash is left behind or is not dumped appropriately it will result in part or all of your security deposit to be forfeited.brbrNo fires are allowed. There has been a firepit ban effective as of August 2022. Firepit is unavailable for all guests.brbrNo Pets allowed.brbrQuiet hours are 9PM-9AM. Speed limit is strictly enforced. On the first level you will find living room that can easily be converted into play room for kids, half bathroom with washer and dryer, one room with queen bed and separate room with bunk bed.brbrThe second level has living room, kitchen, dining room with expendable table, bathroom and one bedroom with queen size bed. Off the second level is entrance to a huge outdoor porch with grill and outdoor table (seasonal).
